Because of management cut backs, very few staff serving on tills. They are pushing you more and more to self service tills, which is impossible with a large shop.

Every time I go there I promise myself it is a last time, but then I am there again because of the convenience as it is close to where I live. Chicken is super expensive as it is only the upper range and hummus and other dips have only foil cover instead of proper cover.

Really gone down hill. Regularly not enough stock and they don?t staff their tills after 10pm. Poor customer service.

employees were rude, I was buying 2 redbulls and my friend and sister went back to my car cause they was cold, then when I got to the tills the man working started laughing at me then refused to sell me them because they went to the car, so I went and got my friend to show her ID too and he still refused us when we were both legal age and kept laughing in our faces. I asked to speak to the manager as we both had showed our IDs which was asked and the woman was rude to us whilst the other man was smiling and laughing at us.

Lucky in this part of the world you have probably Britain's biggest Tesco here along with Britain's biggest Sainsbury's at Crayford. Reminds me of Carrefour at Calais Cite Europe. Absolutely huge choice of everything and worth coming a bit further out if you are resident of Bexley or Bromley

I have been using this store regularly since it opened & have always been really happy with the staff, produce & service. Tesco got me into sourcing organic food as much i could & the products have always been excellent. Recently there have been many gaps & I was basically told by a member of staff that some organic products will not be available anymore ( very disappointed in the way this member of staff spoke to me). Also I bought some tulips £5 & when I got home I realised they were 2 days past the display date.
Update.. thank you to Harry (I think) from Produce & lady from Customer Service who actually listened to me & the produce I was missing is now available.

I visited the store with my son to purchase a few boxes of Easter egg hunt sets for our church. Unfortunately, the boxes we were interested in did not have a price displayed on the shelf. Several customers around us were also curious about the price, so I asked my son to take one of the boxes to the self-checkout area to scan it and check the price. He did so and returned with the information, which was helpful not only for us but for others who were also unsure.
Shortly after, a female staff member, who was assisting at the self-checkout area, approached me and stated that what my son had done was ?rude.? I was taken aback by this accusation. I explained to her that my son had simply scanned the item to check the price, since it wasn?t displayed?something that is completely reasonable in any retail setting.
I found the staff member?s attitude uncalled for and disrespectful. The entire situation could have been avoided if the product had been clearly labelled with a price, as it should have been. I fail to see how checking a price at the self-checkout could be deemed inappropriate, and I believe it was unfair and unnecessary for your staff member to approach us in such a manner.
I do not usually shop in your stores, and after this experience, I have no intention of doing so in the future. I hope you will look into this incident and provide further training to the staff involved on how to treat customers respectfully and handle situations like this appropriately.

Very poor customer service. Used the scan and shop and when I got to till I was selected for a trolley check. Had to do this before at Sainsbury, M&S and asda but normally 12 items. Tesco wanted a FULL trolley check which was over 60 items and £104. We were escorted to a till then had to unpack rescan all the items and repack. Crazy?.

This store is not made for winter outside, is warmer, then inside. Maybe it keep the vegetables better, but u to get your shit and get out ASAP

This store has been absolutely freezing since Christmas apparently due to a boiler malfunction. Fell sorry for tesco and costa staff. If not fixed soon will go elsewhere

Store is freezing, employees have to wear heavy winter clothes to withstand the temperatures inside.
There are temporary construction heaters they could hire if the boiler repair is delayed.
