Poor customer service walked in the shop to buy aftershave men?s boss asked them have you get fragrance samples before i buy,, one of them responded no we don?t have they been stallen we need to order apparently she call her self she the is boss without realising she works there to make company richer same as rest of us .

Poor customer service. I was served by Claire or Clare, not sure if there is an i in her name or not but she seemed very bored serving me. She was also constantly talking over her headset while serving me, talking to a colleague who had walked away from me when I was waiting to be served earlier- I want to say they were just busy but the things they were talking about that I overheard didn?t seem to be the case. I hoped it was just a bad day but looking at some of the other reviews, I am not the only one who felt this.

RUDE RUDE RUDE......as an ex mystery shopper i was shocked at a staff members reaction yesterday ......i asked if they had the new mascara advertised on tv......but couldnt remember the name on it......some miserable bag retorted " i dont watch tv"....she asked me what colour was the package......i replied i wasnt sure....she then retorted " well if you dont know what colour the package was i cant help you".......well. if id been working...youd be looking for another job this morning.....i walked along to boots...met a lovely girl . who knew what i wanted instantly ...purchased within minutes.some staff are lovely ......this one.....well....when so many are jobless....how she is working there with such a bad attitude i dont know.....but dont worry ...i wont come back.i can see by a previous review....this is not unique....superdrug.....sort it out !have to add...its not the young girl with dark hair. she is really nice......but it dosent matter...i wont go in there any more.

Shop is good but staff are absolutely shocking. Spends more time talking on their headsets to each other (including swearing) whilst customers are around. Host doesn?t even say hello, nor do till staff. It?s just extremely uncomfortable entering the store.. a polite hello goes a long way, think the store definitely needs looking into.
