I have been serviced a few times by Charley at the order counter. Her service levels are totally sky high. She has a can do attitude, is patient, has great empathy and, communicates well. With a smile too. All with customers and colleagues (latter by observation). She is a credit to Selco.

The staff at Orpington are helpful, knowledgeable and good humoured - except one who was a little offhand; perhaps having a bad day! Charlie, a driver for deliveries, is really helpful but also thoughtful - a real credit to Selco.
