UPDATE: Another year another MOT. This time I've found out that the Catalytic converter has also been cut out (probably at the same time as the DPF).I have to lower my review to 3 stars because It's just mind blowing how a dealership can sell a car with A Cat and DPF cut out and somehow this car is still passing the MOT. Sure._________I purchased a car from Robert Miles through a finance company in 2019.Initially the car had some issues with a bad battery and faulty alternator. After some discussions with the finance company and the dealership, they were able to resolve this for me.After a year of owning the car, I took it for it's first MOT where this failed on emissions and due to obvious signs of tampering with the DPF which look to have been there for a significant time.I have sinced replaced the DPF and the car has passed and showing no other issues. After discussion this with the director at Robert Miles, he has been very understanding and assured me that they would not knowlingly sell a car in this condition.He has been able to help with the costs of replacing the DPF and having this remapped as a previous owner had mapped this out.I appreciate that the dealership has been able to reach out and offer assitance with this after a year + of owning the car. I wouldn't have normally expect this and it has been a significant help.

Clever Con Artists sold me an Audi A3 which had worn Piston Rings and was over consuming oil from the start no help offered whatsoever luckily Audi themselves stepped into to carry out a £8000 rebuild wouldn't bother with them

After phoning up to check availability, I was able to view and test drive the vehicle I was interested in straight away. Had that specific car not been available, they had plenty of other high spec vehicles to consider. The car was exactly as described on the website. The staff were very friendly and were not pushy. It was easy doing business here. They're friendly, helpful and very approachable. It was an added delight when they let us bring our dog into their office! Everything was very cheerfully explained, there was no delay at all. The test drive was arranged with no hassle and they were nice enough to take care of a few dents and paint issues prior to us driving away. I'd highly recommend this seller.

Disgusting company. They may be friendly when taking your money. But not when things go wrong. It appears they purchase crashed repaired Audis in the cheap and fix them up cosmetically then sell them on at market price. Recently discovered my Audi Tts has multiple issues with suspension and steering. Not to mention the other problems. The owner Robert is now playing the victim and trying to avoid receiving the car back under the consumer rights act 2015. It was requested within 30 days however he is becoming increasingly more difficult hoping he won't need to take back his dodgy car. Stay well away. Prices may be cheap but there is a catch! It's crash repaired and likely has been bodged up to sell quick.
