Now using Uber for delivery, you wait then you wait, then you call them and then an employee delivers your Pizza. Not as hot as it should be !!!

Was delivered pizzas that had been dropped and crushed. Called to complain and was offered two free replacements. Tried to reorder a week later and got absolute nonsense, asked to call back the next day because the manager wasn?t in?! Was told we?d be called back in 30 minutes. We weren?t so chased. Was told we?d be called in a minute, we never were. Appalling.

You buy with them, you spend the money and the driver never brings you the food. You complain and they don't give you solutions or send you anything new. A shame and a terrible service. Money thrown away

Order a hawaiana pizza and barbecue chicken wings I live 2 minutes away to the shop, he make the mistake give my chicken wings to someone else or didn?t understood my order I asked him shall I wait or came back for it he said wait. 5 minutes late he give me plain chicken wings no well cook ( I didn?t check in the shop because I said he can?t be wrong this time) I opened at home ready to eat plain, no well cooked so I took it back to the shop, he didn?t apologise, Instead he asked me to paid for the barbecue, wich I don't mind. But the fact that he makes the mistake made go to the shop 3 times an I already paid because I asked for barbecue wings since the beginning.My result I was very unhappy and ungryly with he poor customer services I left the chicken wins already paid.Results I'm not caming back to them ever

Pizza was ok but customer service is atrocious. Ordered extra dips which were missing from the order. Rang the branch to chase them and well and truly got the runaround. Staff gave fake names, one claimed to be a manager but didn?t know any other staff members names. Promised to ?try? to deliver the dips then claimed he didn?t know how to send an email when I asked for that in writing.

I ordered , waited for the order 1h, then called to see why it was not coming, and they said that they didn't receive the order. Then , proceed to not refund me the money or send me the food..... I will never order from them again...£33+ lost ?
