Absolute shambles of a store!
Staff are never polite or welcoming!!!
Security are more bothered watching my husband like hes some kind of celeb! Yet people walking out blatantly stealing!
Shelves are always low on stock!
Till ques are RIDICULOUS!!!!! 48 minutes and 27seconds we waited to get to a self service point!!! Car parks a joke to? Huge pot holes filled with random shingle????

I find this store really hit or miss.
There's a good selection of products however recently the bakery section hasn't been great.
The trolley situation at times is also a joke as there seems to be hardly any small trolleys whatever time of day you go.
I slipped on a broken egg in the veg aisle last week and let the security guard know as there was absolutely no staff around - he just looked at me blankely amd told me to wait there. After 20 minutes of me waiting around for someone to come and still no one attending i had to leave and the mess was still there which someone else slipped on.

Sadly I got a parking fine for doing a weekly shop.
You only get 90 minutes and you definitely wouldn?t have time to go into the cafeteria for a coffee. My mum also got a parking fine and my daughter. I won?t be returning, I spent over £100 in Morrisons and so did my mum and daughter. It?s so wrong to put such a short amount of time on a large supermarket with a cafeteria. We will not be returning.

Whenever I'm in Britain visiting family, I always make sure to do high tea at the Morrison's Cafe. It's affordable, portion sizes are ample, and a truly authentic GREAT British experience ???

Really annoying tills-think the staff enjoy pushing the soft stuff like bread or cakes down as fast as they can so it?s a race to pack before everything gets squashed.
Staff never friendly -Never say would you like help packing/no good morning/afternoon . Come to this store every week only because it?s local wouldn?t recommend. Car park always busy anytime of day

I?ve seen similar complaints to mine. The security guard constantly accuses multiple people of stealing and what I presume racially profiles many others. My Muslim friend told me that he accused her of hiding something under her hijab when she did not. He follows people around the store when he could stay stationed at the monitor where he could actually catch real thieves! Entirely unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion.

My mother is blind and finds the staff unhelpful and sometimes dismissive. The staff rush her about and don?t listen to her requests as they have no time for a woman in her 90s Also she has been told that there is no one to help her when she has arrived at the shop

Having shopped at Morrisons Welling for 14 years I started shopping here. Everything seemed normal until I took the kids to the cafe 2 weeks in a row. Then BAM! Two letters charging overstays of around 15 minutes each at the car park. I wrote an email to the store manager and received no reply. What a horrible place. 90 minutes is a trap!
