Consistently order my kids a meal on Fridays around 18:00. Always late on delivery and cold food, orders taking so long that they end up being cancelled? reorder and then the wrong food is delivered. After 3 hours, ordering twice and food delivered wrong I have to go up to Sidcup McDonald to get the correct food and there lies the problem?. There is no managers working at there front of house organising, leading and delegating to make sure the job is done correctly. I consistently order from McDonalds in bexleyheath, welling, Woolwich and Thamesmead and there is all ways 2-3 managers in white shirts buzzing about, talking, communicating and leading but not at Sidcup. Shambles. To many Indians and not enough chiefs and when you finally speak to a so called manager that make that same excuses blame the carrier or I wasn?t here? it?s not good enough

Me and my partner went for dinner on a Saturday, we both ordered separately and waited. I asked where was my order after 20 minutes and received it a few minutes later my partner asked for her order 3 times and only received it after complaining about it. We sent her order back because it was cold by which time I had finished my meal.We also was annoyed with the deliveroo drivers were putting there bags on the tables and were taking up the space. They need to be in a separate place since they take up a lot of space.

This store is an absolute JOKE. We have ordered delivery from this store several times but there are always missing items. They also don?t provide the receipt in the bag so that you can?t apply for a refund.

I needed a place to relax while waiting for my client, so I decided to stop by McDonald's for a hot chocolate. It was a great experience - the atmosphere was cool and calming, and the ambience was neat. I didn't interact much with the staff because I used the self-service machine to place my order and picked it up when it was ready.

I love McDonalds chips and think they are cooked and seasoned well here, but you only ever get half of the portion size, or thereabouts. It?s a rip off to pay extra and not get what you paid for.
