Waiting over an hour for delivery, Called 10 times not one staff member thought to pick up the phone to tell me where my order was.

Came in a few days ago was served by a young man called Alex I received my food very quickly he was very patient with me and polite as I deaf in one ear. every other time I have came in I have been served by disrespectful people. Thanks to Alex I will visit again as he made my experience much better. ??????????to the customer service (Alex)

Focus on delivery drivers over actual customers and take forever to get food ready had to wait 20 minutes after arriving for a meal I preordered 10 minutes before arriving

i usually eat out off kfc and there portion sizes are terrible. i got a snack box bundle and there was hardly any chips for a £20 order. The staff serving me and the lady are very nice but unfortunately portion sizes are an absolute scam. I asked for a breast and i got back and there was two legs. We also asked for well done chips but then they completely ignored us and continued to give us dusty chips. however staff are very nice! especially the indian lady and the indian young guy serving ke

Every order has had missing items. This has happened so many times over the past year that I'll stop ordering from them. Even in person they get it wrong so be sure to check before leaving. Just ordered a meal and extra burger and burger is missing. I love kfc but won't be ordering from them again. Maybe I can get some refund from uber eats but it doesn't help now when 2 people have to share one meal.
