Normally never any issue with this store, but when I went in last week, I was met by a fella behind the counter who, by the looks of things, needed to be home in his bed, I asked a question, he looked at me, said nothing, looked at this watch, looked at the screen and just said no, can't be done done. Wha the hell is going on here. Normally there is a young lad, maybe 18/19 year old who is super nice and super helpful, two completely ends of the scale.

I was served by Tom - can?t recommend him enough. His colleague at reception (sorry - didn?t catch the name) was equally helpful. It was super quick - super friendly and exactly what I needed on Saturday morning. Placed an order outside working hours, received automated confirmation that it?s ready. Arrived and it was as if the reception team was 100% ready to serve. The technician greeted with a smile and got the job done in just minutes. He kept me informed throughout the process and left adequate advice for next steps. Great job! Highly recommended.

The guys at Halfords Blackfen today really went above and beyond for me - I can?t thank them enough for collecting parts so that they could fit roof bars and a box on my car all on the same day. They were brilliant - so friendly, helpful and made sure I know how to take it off when I need to later. They couldn?t have been better!!!! I highly recommend using their services.

I had an issue with my tyres. I explained the problem, and someone, came out straight away, to checked them over, thoroughly I might add. Reassuring me they were ok, explaining it must be a sensor issue. Service was excellent & professional, staff were polite, welcoming & very helpful.
