I have been going to this shop for a while but lately they have been getting super bad with there services.
I had a pedicure with a full set of toe Extentions as I?m going on holiday so nice feet are a must! It took 3 people to do this!!! 3!!!!
When it came to doing my tips the guy started doing them then a 4th person got involved god only knows why! Says something in there native language all the sudden the tips are ripped up my toes bear in mind we were almost done on 1 foot!! Then they asked me oh you want tips!? An started again! Not a clue what that was about but ok..
He asked me my colour or design so I explained it 3 times and he told me he understood I even gave him my phone with the design I wanted it wasn?t complicated it was a flower on the big toes that was it that?s all I asked for.. he then started painting my nails all one colour so I stopped that and said to him you have my phone with the design I want it?s not a block colour.. he agreed with me I explained it a 4th time and he started block painting again so I stopped it again and explained a 5th time! No one around him wanted to get involved and help him now!!! He told me he understood my 5th time of explaining and then done some lines instead by this point I?ve lost the will to live an just said yeah let?s go with that because 2hrs later and I can?t be bothered to sit for another 2hrs trying to explain that you have my phone with the design and that?s what I want. So I walked in wanting a flower I walked out with 2 lines on my toes! Absolutely not even close to what I asked for. But no one wants to help when it?s needed and the guy doing my toes clearly wasn?t experienced enough to be touching anyone?s hands or feet!!!!!
I won?t be rushing back anytime soon.

Customer service 10/10 ,
the environment so bubbly and positive. They make you feel so comfortable and so communicative.
The start to finish was never a dull moment.
The end result of my nails are amazing :)

Went to Emily?s nails from a recommendation from my daughters friend for acrylic painted nails ( pic 1)
My daughter asked for the same as her friend and showed a photo, but after completion, the standard of nails were no where near the same as her friends
They were thick paint, sharp edged and very unattractive and both her thumb nails were significantly different in size
I called and Emily asked us to return - she kindly amended these but somehow throughout the process I was made to feel as though I was in the wrong for asking for paint and not gel!!!!
She told me many, many times I shouldn?t go for the cheap option which I found rather embarrassing in a shop full of people listening, and that my daughter?s thumb nails were different sizes. Any acrylic set she?s ever had has not been completed with different size thumb nails it looked awful due to the thickness of paint.
Thank you for rectifying them however, if your services provide a standard which is clearly inconsistent and someone does complain about your cheaper options, please be gracious enough to accept this was not the person who had paid for your services fault. It is down to the technicians. I didn?t appreciate as the customer being made to feel embarrassed by picking the cheaper option.
For this reason only I will not return, pictures 3&4 show my daughters finish compared to her friend who referred her to Emily?s Nails and I think I had every right to return without being made to feel
Guilty choosing a cheaper service offered.

Amazing price, Jay was so kind and productive! Were very nice about my payment not going through (I ran back to pay later)
Also, I immediately spent ten hours painting things and absolutely destroying my nails and they are absolutely PERFECT. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

Absolutely awful, had my nails last Saturday 23/03/24 had to go back Monday 25/03/24 to have them re done due to chipping, no apology, and now they have chipped again. Awful, won't be going back.

i?ve been to a lot of nail shops and not a fan so i?ve been going to nail techs but omg!! they have everything you could possibly ask for! lovely service and there staff is so nice

Absolutely terrible, I went for SNS, they removed my current SNS, which was navy blue and then applied new SNS colour (pink) but applied it very weird, then she removed it twice, then the manager took over and keep saying infills!!! Not sure how many times I said NO it?s a new colour, then 4 days later they chipped and peeled off, I paid £30 for this!!! My friend had exactly the same problem with chipping and peeling, they did redo hers but two days later all chipped again, we have never had with this SNS before, so we have now gone somewhere else to get them done again, which was another £30!!! This was our first visit to this nail bar and it will 100% be our last.

I had my nails done here during the summer and I have to say they were the worst nails I ever had. They kept switching ladies because the First Lady didn?t know what she was doing. Then someone higher up than her did them and they were chunky, messy and damaged my nails underneath quite badly from filing for such a long time.The First Lady put the extensions on and then the Second Lady removed them and did them again and filed for ages.I was in the nail shop for a total of 2 hours & 45 mins and was an hour late to my friends birthday because of this.My fingers were in pain and even had little file burns on the sides.My friends actually laughed at my nails when I arrived so the only thing they were good for was entertainment.

I absolutely love coming to this nail shop! The customer service is top-notch and the nail technicians are always so friendly and accommodating. Plus, having the option to have a hot or cold drink while getting pampered is such a nice touch. The shop is always clean and tidy, making it relaxing and enjoyable experience everytime. I highly recommend this nail shop to anyone looking for a great manicure and exceptional service!

I?ve tried many local nail shops looking for one that I love and Emily?s nails is by far the best. The staff prioritise people who?ve made appointments, making sure to see them before walk ins. I was treated with kindness and respect, they did an amazing job. I didn?t have time to go back for 4 week?s but my nails and French pedicure still looked perfect and that?s saying a lot on someone who runs and gyms daily. I will always be coming here from now on.(Update? Normally I get fake nails but today I tried BIAB on natural nails and they seem strong and clean/neat looking which is good for my work as a aesthetician beauty therapist where long nail?s really aren?t appropriate) my little girl also loves getting pampered and having her natural nails painted while I?m getting mine done. Thank you ?

I have been going to Emily Nail Salon for over a year and always get SNS. Only Lee and Emily can do SNS and Lee usually does my nails. On a previous occasion they tried to get a new girl to do SNS on me and Emily ended up having to rectify it.
On my last appointment Lee was off so I booked an appointment with Emily. When I turned up she was supposedly "busy" or eating lunch. I waited 20 minutes for her and eventually a gentleman insisted on doing my nails. She appeared from the back shortly after. The end result wasn't great, but he was friendly and I was going on holiday the following day so didn't kick up a fuss. Within a few hours my nails started chipping a little bit and when I was holiday they chipped horribly and one nail completely came off. Really disappointing, especially as they knew he was not one of the 2 people who can actually do SNS. I went in today to remove the remaining chipped nails. Emily didn't acknowledge her error, apologise or offer to redo my nails. SNS usually lasts 3 - 4 weeks, not a week. Not only was it a waste of my money, but also my time.
