The pizza arrived looking visually appealing and appetizing. The crust was golden brown with a nice even bake, and the cheese was perfectly melted with slight bubbling and a bit of browning on top ? just enough to show it was cooked well. The toppings were evenly distributed, and the colors were vibrant, especially with the fresh vegetables and herbs. Overall, the presentation was clean and inviting, making it hard to resist diving in right away.

Staff got my order wrong and pizzas were delivered cold. I called to report this and staff were unapologetic and unhelpful telling me to pick the toppings off (the wrong topping was sweetcorn so as you can imagine that?s quite hard pick off a large pizza that?s been covered in it and I was also missing the topping I?d asked for) the store asked me to bring the pizza back to them or keep it (I paid to have the order delivered so this was unreasonable as I didn?t have transport to the store). The store then hung up on me. Needless to say I?ll never order from them again!

Poor Delivery Service and Unprofessional Behaviour
After waiting for 50 minutes for our delivery, I called your establishment to inquire about the delay. Your staff informed me that the delivery person had both called and rung the doorbell. However, I had neither a missed call nor any indication that the doorbell had been rung. Your employee then claimed it was my fault for not hearing them, which was both incorrect and unprofessional.
When I arrived at your location to retrieve the pizza myself as your employee refused refund or redelivery, your staff showed me the number they had dialed?it was the wrong number, and she refused it was the delivery man fault. I trust you will address this matter promptly to ensure other customers do not face such poor service in the future.

I?b been here to buy some pizzas and grab some drinks with my friends, no one there, and we?d been waiting for 10 minutes and no one attend us, they were working there and they didn?t say us even a sad hi or welcome. When we tried to order something or to make some kind of contact with them, they just ignored us. So disappointed? I will never come back again, so disrespectful? something to take a look.

told me 2 for 1 small pizzas but they charged me for the price of 2 and then tried to refund me but the card number was apparently wrong however i just paid. So my evening ended in me getting 2 pizzas for the price of 2 when they said the deal was 2 for 1.

I usually order dominoes every Sundays and I never had a problem with it BUT today I was in sidcup so I decided to order from here but I wish we didn?t because it looked like frozen pizza from Asda? no much topping or cheese and I asked for deep pan but when it comes wasn?t deep pans!! When I called back to make a complain the manger who took the call was not care and was very rude? asked him for his name but he didn?t give it to me and he put the phone down! I will definitely call head officer to remove this person in the local Domino's. Do not order from here or you be wasting ur time and money!
