Unbelievably disorganised.I left a prescription for an Epi pen replacement.I was told they would call me in 2 or 3 days 3 weeks later I'd not heard back.
So I called them & the lady could not confirm anything at the start of the call Asked my name & Date of Birth 2 or 3 times,then she asked me what was the call in relation to the Epi pen,saying it was dispatched on the 10th etc?????
Seriously....this level of incompetence is shocking!!.When did collecting a prescription become so complex??
She then put me on hold & finally said your prescription is ready for collection.........

Used to be a good pharmacy but now completely inept. As soon as you enter they leave u twiddling your thumbs at the counter waiting to be served and when you are served it's through luck rather than design. As a previous poster mentioned, they never have your medication if ur a regular user. Finally, after months of this terrible outfit, I've moved pharmacy,I suggest everyone else does the same. They shouldn't just close on Saturday, they should close altogether.

Disgraceful, now closed on Saturdays...a day that is more convenient for most people..& apparently closed lunchtimes ,mon-fri..what's the point !!!!

If you need regular prescriptions for whatever your ailments, this really isn't the place to go. I personally have diabetes and require regular meds. I go there bi-monthly to collect my stuff, and is always missing something, short on something, or just pass the buck back to your GP. It's supposed to be a simple process, tick the repeat paper, put into your GP, go collect it ALL from your local chemist. Not here I'm afraid! Changed to another across the road to see how they do.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacist arrived one hour late! The lady behind the counter is rude and with a bad memory, she puts medicine on the wrong shelf in a first place, then you surprised with a price higher she will be defensive saying she picked it up from a different or so called correct place when you obviously watching her and where she picked up that medicine from but instead of apologising she will be insisting she was right, Absolutely appalling, someone needs to learn a basic customer service qualities. On top of that, she is unable to proceed a payment of both cash and card at the same time, bloody 21 century, every place does that without asking. To add, when pharmacist finally done his job he is asking if i paid when payment was almost done in front of him. You can't rely on the pharmacy with such low values. Avoid
