Oh dear, older lady behind the counter provided awful service, coffee presentation also not aligned with Costa standards. Worth visiting because the it's a nice space to sit but don't expect a warm welcome, or a great coffee.

Popped in to get out the rain for a little while. There were two members of staff behind the till that completely ignored me for a few minutes while I was waiting to make my order. The man was actually making the drinks and the lady was just walking around doing not much. They actually took the order of the man behind me before they took mine and he had just walked in. It was just all around terrible service mainly from the woman behind the till.

Nice Costa coffee shop to spend a relaxing day just outside Sidcup Train Station . The service is great, and it has a nice atmosphere.

Dropped in for a hot chocolate with my friend. Great atmosphere, beautiful drink, will definitely be back!
Wheelchair accessibility: I took my mobility scooter. I parked it outside, but there was plenty of room to go inside.

Standard Costa, but staff are not very responsive. Very slow to respond to a request to help with a spillage or to provide napkins for me to clear up.

Every time i go in there they make my drink wrong. today i asked for oat milk in my drink and they gave me normal milk then proceeded to charge me 45p even though they made my drink wrong. The lady was also very rude.

Stopped in whilst it was pouring down with rain for a hot chocolate and toastie to do some laptop work. The atmosphere was quiet as it was just before school finished. There were other laptop users so I had to walk around little to find a plug socket.Ordering my food and drink was quick and simple. However receiving them was another story. Between three people behind the counter. Neither of them could get my hot chocolate order correct on the first go. My toastie was left out waiting as they tried to correct my chocolate order. Eventually they got it right; luckily the shop was relatively quiet. Can?t imagine if there was a rush..

one of the staff is extremely rude. i am a regular customer of this costa its used to be one of my favourite please but the one guy with long hairs he is a nasty guy who is rude and dirty he itch his self and dont even wash his hand i hope there boss will catch him on cctv

I've been a regular at this Costa Coffee for years, but recently, the place has become unbearably stuffy, with misted-over windows indicating poor ventilation.This issue seems to have started with the new management, possibly cutting costs on air conditioning. This isn't just uncomfortable; in light of COVID-19's lessons on ventilation, it feels like a health risk.A crowded, unventilated café poses a danger to everyone inside.I hope the management addresses this soon, as good airflow is essential for safety and comfort.

We are regular customers and are well looked after by the staff. If we have any issues they are always helpful. Often our drinks are ready before we get to drinks counter.
