Popped in this morning for a small flat white coffee and a toastie . Was asked if I'd like the Brazilian or Classic coffee. When I asked 'what's the difference between the two?', I was told that the Brazilian is a softer blend. I liked the sound of that and ordered it. When I looked at the receipt, I found that I had been charged an additional 30p for the Brazilian ( was classed as a seasonal offer on the receipt) without being told about it. A stealth charge by Caffe Nero!! Shame on you.

I visited Cafe Nero on 14/7/24 I waited to be served along with several other customers. I was the first in the queue yet the assistant chose to ignore me and ask the white man behind me if she could help. I said ok really and put my sandwich back in the fridge and left. I refuse to pay for or use a service that has poor customer care.

Credit to some of the ladies that work there, but there?s a couple that are so moody it?s off putting. Also, I can always tell if the coffee wasn?t made properly and only two of the ladies that work here can do a good job. Shame. Also shout out to the lovely trainee barista girl with curly hair, always smiling and providing top service and the lady in the red curly hair is lovely too.

Relatively fast service.Parking: No parking available.Kid-friendliness: Children welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entrance. Sufficient space for wheelchair users. Accessible toilet at the back of the shop. May take a little maneuvering to enter for large wheelchairs.

Looks and feels very dowdy and
Dark in this sidcup branch.
Coffee i had was not up to scratch, spilt all over the place and taste was not there. Caramel latte.
Waste of money

Great for breakfast especially with jazz music in the background. When they say large coffee it?s really large so I only managed to drink half the mug. Lovely toasted buttered teacake! I would definitely return if I?m in the area as it?s large and I?d always expect to find a table!

Nice spot to come and chill for a bit with a mid morning coffee. Caffé Nero have a good range of different coffees, and anytime I've been to one, they've always been on point.

Normally use this Nero once or twice a week after getting bread from a brilliant bakers down the road . Staff are always friendly and polite. Coffee is great, what's not yo like !!!

Frequently order from here via Uber Eats and, honestly, I'm not sure why I bother. The orders are rarely correct, especially if coffee is involved (which, ironic) and if they don't have something, instead of refunding, as a decent business should, they take it upon themselves to substitute it with something else.For example, I ordered a raspberry and almond frangipani muffin, which was advertised as readily available, and instead got a blueberry muffin that looked disgusting, and, most importantly, I think smelled disgusting because I *hate* blueberries. Give me my money back instead!Get it together!
