David, a manager went above and beyond to ensure the handles were sent out first thing from the manufacturer and kept my mother Patricia informed. He also rang after to ensure the handles had been received. Really impressed with how quickly Dave dealt with the matter and also his customer service which was second to none. A really lovely guy.
