Horrible experience at this sidcup BHF branch. This fat brunette lady staff was so rude and racist. She just doesn’t want to listen to customers problem. We went there all the way just to hear her no even before we could explain her what had happened. Pls hire better staff/volunteer so that BHF makes money for the good... read full comment

Horrible overweight brunette woman who refused to take a book from the window for me to buy. Was unapologetically rude and sullied my first few days of moving to Sidcup.
