Terrible pharmacy service. My GP sends my regular prescription here but they never seem to order the medication when they receive the prescription, they always wait until I try to collect it and then need to order it.
Also have asked for advice before and the pharmacist didn?t seem to know what they were talking about.
They also close early and are not open on Sundays.

This branch of Boots closes at lunchtime 1pm-2pm. No mention of this on their website or on google. The staff are very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.

Elizabeth was very helpful behind the counter, I felt bad I was in a rush and I felt very Ill no excuse. I may have come across rude. But she is a very thorough and extremely helpful lady.

The pharmacist there (unfortunately, I can't remember her name) is always very attentive. She has expressed genuine interest and concern in what I was talking about, they ordered my repeat prescription and even called a week after starting my new medication to check how I was doing with the new medication.I have read some negative reviews, but genuinely I can't say one bad word about themThey have been really helpful and kind to me.

My wife and I visited the store earlier today and we left with out purchasing the vitamins she wanted as we were ignored by the lady behind the counter who dealt with a another customer who wasn't in the queue , a customer who was behind us in the queue was telling us about the very bad service given by the pharmacist who is supposed to help at the counter when it's busy, he seems to be very reluctant to do this ???

Shop very quiet when I went so found the 2 things I wanted quickly was served a d out in a couple of minutes. Quite a small branch but conveniently sited on the high street

Having referred by NHS 111, I supposed to get immediate help, as was having fever of 39.2. The pharmacist on the other side of the line asked me to hold while she reads the referral notes, I was holding like for 10 mins and realised that the pharmacist perhaps forgot that I?m holding?! I started saying hello,hello,hello I was hearing a background noice from the other side of the line, how customers we?re walking to the drugstore. Suddenly she picked up the phone with apologies that she was indeed forgot that she put me on hold! After 40 mins of conversation I had 0 help!!!! Absolutely useless, unprofessional, good for nothing!
