I recently bought my house through Acorn Sidcup and had a really great experience throughout the whole process! All of the team were so friendly, helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Thanks to Festina for the initial purchase and various different viewings before I found the one! Then to Dominic, Kelly and Oliver for helping push things along. Was okay. They kept their words and didn't show others the property. They also helped chase our solicitors.However on the day of key collection, they wasn't prepared. We had to show all paperwork to show completion. Also no gift to welcome us. Previous estate agents have always provided this.Finally, the Sold house is still outside the house 3 weeks after we have collected our keys!!!

I am giving 5 stars purely for the star that is Kelly Walsh. Acorn should consider themselves VERY lucky to have someone like her on board. She is an absolute gem!I purchased a property through Acorn and there were lots of delays that I hadn't anticipated at my end, I didnt feel that the sales negotiator I was assigned to initially was well paired with me so I requested that Kelly handle things....best decision ever!Kelly will go over and above to fight for both the seller and the buyer. She is thorough, dedicated and patient but firm. She understood my situation and has been absolutely phenomenal during this process even calling me on her day off!There was another issue, this time on the sellers end, and Kelly got straight to work trying to push things through and keeping me updated every step of the way.Because of Kelly I am now standing in my lovely new home, my family and I are ever so greatful to her.

Warm and caring experience during my purchase of a house through the sales team at Sidcup office of Acorn Estate Agents. They are a group of professional and helpful team, special thanks to Festina who had provided amazing job. She always has her cheerful voice over our conversations. Warm and helpful greeting when I first phoned in to the office for enquiry. Prompt arrangement on the viewing process, precise information being provided all along the sale and purchase process and liaising all steps and queries well among vendor, solicitor and us.

Acorn Sidcup are a great team. The whole team Kelly, Festina, Elizabeth and Dominic from Eltham were very responsive and professional. They made the experience of selling our home very pleasant. I felt listened to at every stage, and they provided a balance of personal and professional advise to meet our needs and held our hands through out the process. Acorn was recommended to me by a friend and fully deserved the good recommendation in my opinion.From the outset Kelly was my main point of contact. In particular I felt she listened, was helpful and responsive and gave good advice. I had fewer dealings with other members of the team but when Kelly was not around they were in contact to keep me appraised of updates.The valuation was spot on and I felt supported not pressurised by Kelly. The photos and brochure were very professional and Acorn carried out all viewings and also dealt with reading the meters at the end. I was very happy that they negotiated to achieve the price I wanted and gave me sound advice about which offer to accept. It has all gone through quickly and remarkably easily but I am sure that it is the professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness of the service Acorn provided that assisted with this. Yes Acorn does charge slightly more commission than some of the other local agents but in my view proved to be well worth this. Thanks to Kelly and team for their hard work and a timely and successful sale.

We couldn't have been more pleased with all the wonderful team at Acorn, Kelly, Poppy, Elle, and everyone we dealt with were amazing. There was no pressure after initial valuation, photos were very professional, they carried out all viewings for us and were really positive which I think rubbed off on potential buyers.
