Food is always good in Zizzi and it can get 4. But the Service is awful. I visited there several times, but I never saw anybody come to me and ask for my order. They only come one time to you exactly after you get a table and after that, you have to order by yourself, as they never come back to you. They never accept my Zillionares codes in there, while other branches always accept them. If they do not want to use customers' code why are they advertising this? because we want to use our codes, we go there, so if we cannot use them we never back there. Staff is not good at all.

Me and my partner received exceptional service from Zizzi. Shoutout to Lizzie, who I believe is the manager of the branch - what an amazing and genuinely kind person. She was so accommodating of my partner?s allergies and dietary restrictions. Plus, the food was delicious! Definitely visiting again!

Busy lunchtime but provided a more out-of-the-way table, as requested. Once order was taken, food arrived remarkably quickly. Waitresses and charming host Lizzie were excellent and considerate.
Food (calzone & beef pasta) were excellent, as were drinks (mocktails) & spicy pasta twirl crisps.
Loved speed of service after exhausting shopping morning. Great alternative to hibbub of food stalks within Westfield.

Raquel gave excellent and really attentive service to us, the food was prompt and piping hot, we were kindly reseated in the family friendly area. Raquel made a lovely effort to make sure we had everything in order. She?s an asset to the time, and smiled throughout. She remembered all the little things, came prepared with extra cheese for the pasta. Thanks for a pleasant experience as we came at a busy lunchtime rush during half term.

We were sat down reasonably quick for a Friday night. Place was busy and had a great atmosphere. Our waitress Raquel was absolutely fantastic! She provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A true gem?thank you, Raquel!
