Overcrowded. The amount of fitting rooms is inadequate, long queues always. The personnel is hard to find 'cause they don't have any distinctive outfit. If you come with a partner/friend you can't give them any advice 'cause you're not allowed to the fitting rooms area for no good reason. The waiting area doesn't even have a single chair or at least a stool

I?ve been shopping at Zara for years, and this was by far the best experience I?ve had. Giacomo was so warm-hearted and genuine. He truly made a difference. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but he also went out of his way to get me a fresh set from the stock room without me even asking. It?s rare to come across someone so kind and attentive. Thank you, Giacomo, for the amazing service!

MARCIA GRANT is amazing!!!! I flew in from the US for leisure and got invited last minute to a business conference. I needed 3 days of professional and dinner looks fast!
I told her my needs and she started pulling pieces right away. It took less than an hour to bring it all together head to toe. Shoes, clothes, accessories check!
Zara clothes are trendy and chic, something the silhouettes are tricky. She has a fantastic eye and great styling. I got so many compliments especially on the mock neck halter look. I didn?t break the bank but felt expensive.
Promote her to management or visual! She is an excellent associate, very patient, attentive. She understands fashion and how presentation can change how you feel. I felt like $$ ???.
I came back just to say thank you for all her help. Thank you my dear! For making my shopping experiences across the pond one that was memorable.

The main and only problem I encountered at this branch is the queues for the fitting room and the quality of the rooms as well. For every spot you advance, you're waiting from 2-4 minutes from my estimates. I had 6 people in front and waited 15 minutes. The rooms themselves had their hooks 'stolen' according to the overseer so I had to place all my belongings on the dirty ground.
To add insult upon injury, I asked to use the Kid's fitting rooms. There were 3 rooms free with 1 family clearly observing their kid so there should be no problem with me using a room. Instead I got an emphatic no from staff. Zara Customer service isn't helpful on this matter only' stating : 'There isn't a specific reason' for this rule. I understand it's more comfortable for kids not to be surrounded by so many adults and just their parents/other kids but when queues are beyond abysmal then why not open the rooms up for adults at peak hours?
The overshirt I bought was nice though.

Very very bad experience?. Very rude staff and discriminationatory behaviour is unacceptable ? never going to visit this store again? staff accused me and did not even apologise after clearing everything?
