Their machine doesn’t work and they check alarm to everyone when they can clearly see that I had paid for the perfumes. Rubbish costumer service

Overcrowded. The amount of fitting rooms is inadequate, long queues always. The personnel is hard to find 'cause they don't have any distinctive outfit. If you come with a partner/friend you can't give them any advice 'cause you're not allowed to the fitting rooms area for no good reason. The waiting area doesn't even have... read full comment
