Most definately the best place in Westfield.
You can easily lose yourself here. If there was a 'Wonderland' for Tea, coffees and hot chocolate lovers this would be it. Filled with luxurious teas, aromatic coffees and creative hot chocolates.
And ever there was an 'Alice' it must be Zainab who was exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic about the whole experience.

My experience at this shop was absolutely amazing! They have an excellent and diverse selection of teas that cater to all tastes, so you can be sure you won?t leave disappointed. I would like to give special thanks to Alexsandra; she was incredibly kind, patient, and helped me choose the best teas while explaining the different types with great care. I?m truly grateful for her support and professionalism. A place worth visiting again

Love this brand and love visiting this store. Visted today (20/11/24) and had a wonderful time chatting with one of the staff (I didn't catch her name sadly but she was wearing a headscarf). She was so helpful and fun. Actual products are great as always, so many things to sample too.

The hot chocolate here is delicious, especially the white hot chocolate, which is a staple in my home. It's very tasty, but with the high calorie content, it's definitely not for regular consumption?no matter how tempting! I will probably return at some point to explore healthier options as well. Visiting the store during festive months like Christmas is a must! I don't remember how the staff were, so they must have been okay. 5/5!

Staff made me feel incredibly uncomfortable in store. I was stared at by a lady on tills from the moment I came in, then was told off loudly by her (whilst she was serving a customer!) because I tried a sample of 2 hot chocolates.. she said it?s 1 per customer, which is not displayed anywhere.I love the products but will order online instead

I absolutely LOVE this store! I stop by anytime I'm in London! They had a great Christmas sale that offered popular teas and things at great prices! My dollars went very far. I was very pleased with my purchases! Plus, they have free samples of their teas & hot cocoa. The staff were very warm and took the time to answer all my questions. They really seemed to enjoy their job! =)
