Go here often and usually never have any issues. Today, however, the waitress had a strange attitude. When she asked what drink I wanted I replied with ?iced tea?. She gave me a raised eyebrow and a mocking look and in a condescending tone said ?are you sure? Really? That?s on you, not on us. Are you sure??. It was quite rude, was she trying to imply I can?t afford it? ???

Our food was great as usual, we love wagamamas, but I wanted to leave a review because our server Aisha (sorry if it?s spelt incorrectly) was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and friendly, really enjoyed her service!!

Great food and courteous serving team. We ordered Ramen, Donburi and Edamame and every dish was fab. The umami flavour in the ramen was too good.
The ambience of the restaurant is good with a nice lighting and seating.

As we entered, we were welcomed and seated by Aisha (sorry if I spelt it wrong). She gave us the option to either sit outside or inside and was very polite at the same time.
We found a nice spot and was looking at the menu and wasn't sure what to eat. My wife is allergic to mushrooms but they can remove the ingredients if need be so that you can still order what you like.
Our order was taken by Alka who was the complete opposite to Aisha. We saw Aisha help a family with their order, talking to them about what they like, allergies and everything, where as Alka didn't seem to bother to give us any sort of happy vibes. It felt like we were rushed, and didn't expect such service.
Aisha was still amazing and she helped create a positive environment for us whenever she was around and helped us get through the evening.

I?m a regular customer to Wagamama and have been the one in Westfield (shepherds bush) many times. However, I visited yesterday and was shocked at how poor the quality of the food was.
Chilli squid was tasteless, teriyaki soba was dry and tasteless .. the steak on top was dry, chewy and well overcooked.
Such a shame because those items are usually very tasty.
The won?t be returning to this particular one.

Popped in for my favourite dish, unfortunately was off from menu as new summer menu was introduce, as I?m vegetarian I hade a bit of confusion to choose something to enjoy my dinner, big thank you to a waitress name Asha, she was wonderful and help me to choose lovely noodles dish even originally the dish was served with rice. Asha know menu well and is excellent with customers service. Thank you

Lovely restaurant with lovely atmosphere, the food is not the best but if you?re on budget that?s a good Asian option.
The only minus for me was them gaslighting to tell me that their ?fresh? ginger and lemon tea doesn?t have any sugar, honey or sweetner.

It?s impossible to eat this. I understand that in a high-traffic area the quality of the dishes might not be the best, but for it to be this bad ? that takes effort.
We even returned the noodles because they were awful.
