“Went to this CEX branch yesterday to purchase a new gaming monitor and a MacBook Pro for work. Of all the CEX I’ve been to I’ve always held a really positive opinion of Shepherd’s Bush, the store is always nicely presented, clean, tidy, the staff are super helpful but yesterdays experience was really something else and prompted me to write this review. Jordan’s customer service skills were nothing short of exceptional. Polite, well spoken, very informative on the 2day exchange policy and 2year warranty, kindly took the time to carefully wrap the MacBook so I could get it home safely. I was so impressed. As someone who runs a retail business and has attended many customer service excellence training seminars, Jordan’s qualities are everything retail owners want in a team member and I cannot praise his service high enough.
