Recently have visited Urban in westfield and didn?t have the best experience, however the store itself was lovely! I saw a bandu top which I wanted and asked a young girl if she was able to take it off the mannequin as it was the last left in my size, she told me she couldn?t which was obviously annoying. She then came back and found one in my size , which was great. However when i returned home it had makeup stains on and was ripped both sides right down the seam. I don?t live close to any other Urban so will have to travel to return the faulty item I was given.

Why are all the staff here so uninviting and just rude ? the staff on the till are always so miserable and there?s way too many staff in the changing room. Everytime I come here it?s the same.

Very dismissive staff. They seem uninterested and don?t want to do their job. Every time I asked for assistance they wouldn?t even look at me and would rather keep talking to each other. I even tried to make small talk and they weren?t being friendly. One employee asked me to go back to the dressing room and hang the clothes after I had already left the dressing room and walked away. I respect store policy but the store was empty and they didn?t even bother hanging the clothes themselves and getting them out of the dressing room. I did not feel welcomed at all. They were giving mean girls energy

Love this store, staff including manager Ashley are super helpful! Love Urban Outfitters, incredibly unique designs, great materials and decent bargains, nothing like the ordinary high street brand.

Kian was a great help! Being a wheelchair user I find it difficult to shop but Kian helped me pick out some clothes, reach for those that I couldn?t get to myself and was really helpful in having everything that we picked out delivered to my home address. Couldn?t thank him enough for being so kind and a genuine help! Only thing I would add is that it was difficult to tell who actually worked in the store as no one was wearing lanyards or name badges etc. other than that the store was great and really accessible.

Decent store usually. But during my last visit there was a horrible altercation between 2 staff members. Very angry and aggressive man shouting at his female colleague. Other customers and looked visibly uncomfortable. Not a good look!
