On [01/012024 ], I visited your establishment store Westfield shopping center Ariel way London to return or exchange an item I had purchased. Regrettably, not only was I met with resistance, but the customer service representative called ( Supervisor/ Parwaz) also went so far as to call me a liar. This was not only disrespectful but entirely unwarranted.To add to my frustration, the item I purchased lacked labels, making it challenging to verify its authenticity and complicating the return process. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, the refusal to assist me was both disheartening and unprofessional.I believe in fair and ethical business practices, and I trust that your store values its customers. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and prompt resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
