The lady who cut my hair was lovely, very quick, however I now have to pay another hairdresser to cut my hair as what I requested is not what I received. My fringe is far too short and thin and doesn?t align with the rest of my hair. I feel I?ve wasted £85 and I won?t be returning.

I found the hairdresser to be rude. Seemed like they were constantly enforcing their opinion without listening to me, as a customer and someone who knows their hair better. Also found there to be a general air of arrogance. Found it very odd and off-putting for them to say that my haircut didn?t suit me at the end of the haircut. Overall, thought it was an unpleasant experience, especially considering how much it costs.

I hate my haircut at the front. It looks embarrassingly bad like I?m growing out my fringe. I tried to explain, but I wasn?t listened to.The back is good, and the stylist was nice, but what I wanted was not understood and when I tried to explain she didn?t really listen.

I am appalled by the service I received. I had a racist hairdresser that made faces when dealing with my hair texture. She then had the gall to ask for my mid length hair to be charged extra because it's dense and supposedly long (FYI I have never been charged extra at other branches). I asked for advice on my hair to which she gave none, I then said to do light feathering and keep the layers long as I have wavy hair. I was concerned when she was making faces and touching my hair so asked if she could cut curly/wavy hair to which she said bluntly "of course". Throughout my haircut I was treated poorly, she did not speak to me and when I raised any concern she would say "in the consultation you said this is what you wanted". When I said I part my hair off-centre she then handed the brush to me and said "do it yourself". She ended up cutting deeply into the front and gave me really uneven layers. She tried to curl the ends to hide what she had done and once she finished, usually they go over the lengths and layers to make sure you are happy. So when I requested this, she was not happy and just went over my fringe which was still long. I was really overwhelmed and visibly upset but she did not care and said let's go pay now. I had to compose myself before calling back after 20 mins to complain. I received a hair revision but that was a given anyways. The help team offered me a measly 20% off to use within 2 months but as my hair was ruined, it will take months before I can get another cut so the offer they gave is rubbish. All they have said is that senior staff will take appropriate action. I advise any person with textured hair to stay away from this place to avoid this experience. Clearly there is a certain demographic that is welcome here.

I booked to do my hair for my birthday at 9:40am.I made the booking at 8:30am so an hour earlier but unfortunately I made it in the wrong Toni & Guy.I showed up at the salon in Westfield Stratford which opened at 10am and they told me the booking was made for the Westfield White City but they could accommodate me so I did my hair there.They also informed me I was gonna get charged £30 and told me this mistake in booking happens ?every time?, so they charge poor people every time for a genuine mistake.I couldn?t cancel online because the booking didn?t show on my app and I didn?t receive any confirmation email, the receptionist refused to call the other salon and when I called the other salon they just gave me an email.The lady I wrote to just kept on writing me the 24h cancellation policy, not listening to anything I was saying and just kept offering me a voucher that expires in 12 weeks so I?m forced to go there and spend even more money on top of the £78 haircut and the unfair £30 cancellation policy for a service I received and already paid for.Happy birthday to me!

Stylists are rude and have 0 customer service skills. I had keratin done in the Westfield white city branch and the treatment changed my hair color completely! I went from brown hair to dark blonde with orange tint. The stylist reacted like there was nothing wrong, she was gaslighting me and telling me the hair color only lifted slightly and that its ok. Horrible products used and stylist did not even apologize or offer a corrective color treatment to bring back my original hair color. The manager came and was also dismissive and arrogant. I would never go there again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Firstly, I read on the website that their balayage prices start from 155 but when I booked the appointment in person, they told me that the minimum price would be 188 so here?s that. When I went for my appointment, she told me that it will be 250 so that was something that you should keep in mind when you want to go. The cancellation fee being 30 pounds and that they are a ?professional? salon I accepted to get it done. Secondly, if you have tricky hair like box dyed it or anything, know that they won?t give u the result you want although I have always got my hair done in spite of all the things I do to my hair. Only go there if you have perfect virgin hair that lifts fast and easily cause otherwise you won?t like the result and it will be your own fault. I mean she told me that I won?t get the result I want and my hair will be darker which I said ok but she left me with red hair. Then she offered me to dye it darker since she saw me unhappy but I don?t want darker. I wanted a nice brown that isn?t red.

They say the prices start from £55 but somehow i ended paying £100. I couldn't cancel too after knowing the new price in the shop as there was a cancellation fee of £30.I would advise you to confirm prices before going there.Service: Kids' cuts

So i asked for a half head highlight and all i could hear was unfortunately we can?t and it?s impossible. All my life i was doing highlights and it was great but only at this salon they couldn?t. So they showed me a brown color and they said that the only thing they can do! And since my hair color was bad and i had my engagement party the following week, I couldn?t cancel the appointment and i did it. The color turns out darker than my natural hair.That was the worst experience!Service: Hair highlighting
