Today at 5:30 I was there to do my new contract but the Workers had a very bad attitude towards costumers that?s why I want to cancel my contract even though I was a loyal costumer for 3G for 7 years

These people don't know what they're doing. let's say you get a deal online and try to collect it in store, they will try to convince you to get something else (because they earn no commission on it) and they won't be helpful about getting the thing you've already paid for. There is no diversity in store just favourites and friends so they try to help each other rather than helping the customers

Don't go to this branch. The staff in other branches are much more helpful and knowledgeable than this branch. I completely wasted my time this morning. Yesterday a worker seemed very knowable and helpful . However he couldn't sort my problem till the following morning he told me to go to the store at 10 he would be there. He wasn't !!!!!!!!1 girl in this big store was serving someone. I asked her was there someone else she told me 1 girl was in the back doing stock. Amazing that in this big branch on a Saturday morning they have 1 server. The girl was reluctant to come but she did. She told me to come back in 15 minutes when she had finished. I did and she was serving someone else. !!!!!her co worker couldn't help because SHE NOW was doing something on the computer... I was speechless ... they are rude unhelpful unknowledgeable. I go to 2 different branches usually and the staff there are very good.
These people should either be trained in customer relations or fired. I thought I must leave Free but now I wasted my morning ..I will always go to the other branch . Never again here to these amateurs

?I recently visited a Three store in Westfield the staff name varmeet , was worst customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, offering little effort to resolve my issue. Despite waiting for assistance, I felt rushed and dismissed, as though my concerns were not important. Additionally, their knowledge about the products and services appeared limited, making the entire experience frustrating. Considering the level of service I received, I would not recommend visiting their stores and suggest looking for better alternatives elsewhere.?

We came in to check some Black Friday deals and the guy helping us was a lil rude and kept calling my dad ?bro? and ?man?. Whenever my dad would ask about deals he would say ?brotha I don?t have any deals in my mind you have to tell me which deals you want?, like????? Don?t you work there? You tell me the deals. He could?ve let another worker help us but he was the one who approached us. So they lost a customer.

I went there to get new sim everyone was shutting at each other my were scared the guy with beard was a idiot did not help us shame on three g with their workers

I wish i could give zero ??. But unfortunately there is no option for that. I just visited today and there was one girl in store. she couldn?t understand my problem what i was saying and instead of sorting out in person she handover me phone to customer service team which i could do from my home as well but i prefer to visit store and sort out immediately. Yesterday i visited different store from three in Watford and that girl explained me to go with physical id to get replacement sim it will take only 1 minute and i did the same thing for today. After 45 minutes talk on three customer service they said i will tell my in store customer Service agent to give you new sim card and after the rude behaviour from her and one more guy i got new sim card. It was such a worst experience from three in my life. I will suggest everyone to visit other store not this one.

I am devastated with the sim upgrade, she even not told me business and personal is different?the lady upgrade for me and my husband?s number?but she did mistake?I have to pay 4 numbers every month?I went to store?they did not help me with the refund?and I have to call 333?nobody help me with refund?They did nothing?Terrible service ?
I've been using Three for 15 years?This one in White City has the worst service?Don't use Three anymore, the signal is too bad?Things that stuff doing every day?why keep making mistake?they waste lot of my time?

In the ?three? branch at White city Westfield shopping centre be aware if you are looking for a case and screen protector- they have discount so I was tempted and bought a silicone back and a private glass screen protector for my new iPhone 15 pro max, paid nearly 60£ and got scammed. They had stickers on the packaging which stated those are meant to be for 15 pro max, but when I noticed and removed the stickers later at home I found out that those were for iPhone 14 Pro Max- different sizes. Thank you for nothing Romina- now I have to spend significantly bigger amount to change those with the right size ones, at least I know now which operator should never be considered to buy plans from!

I am devastated with the contract, I came in to renew 2 contracts and was put onto business contracts . Now I cannot access customer service on 333 or even access the three rewards app . Why do I have a business line when I don?t even have a busines. I was served by a lady called Dina and someone was watching over this interaction was under training I don?t understand how both indivuals did not make the effort to explain the contract to me . I will be raising a complaint higher up on the three website
