I came into the store today and was served by Haja. I went in to find a coat and even though they didn?t have the one I wanted in stock she went out of her way to find me multiple difference sizes and styles and stayed with me until I found the perfect fit. She was super friendly and kind and overall offered us amazing service

I had a fantastic experience at The North Face White City Westfield branch, and I attribute it to the outstanding customer service provided by NOELIA. From the moment I entered, she warmly welcomed me and took the time to understand my needs for skiing and hiking jackets. Her knowledge and patience in explaining the differences and offering guidance were invaluable. The lady at the counter (short hair, unfortunately, I couldn't get her name) was also nice and professional. Noelia's exceptional service has made me a returning customer, and I'll definitely recommend The North Face to family and friends. Kudos to Noelia! ???

Absolutely awful! Went in with my friend to buy a coat. She wanted to try one on so I picked up the coat, the tag had obviously fallen off before we got into the shop so I picked it up and had it in my hand. A very rude lady came over to check what we were doing (I am aware it is an expensive shop). She rudely asked me to give it to her (no pleases or thank you?s) and when I didn't give it to her immediately she snatched it out of my hand! I won?t be coming back. Bloody rapscallians! Although, I must admit there was a very lovely lady there. Extremely polite and well mannered, answered our questions when we asked as nicely as she could. I have not one bad thing to say about her. Kudos to her!

I ordered 2no. MCMURDO Men?s Parkas here before Christmas (M and L sizes) and something else paying £913 in total. I later returned them to store for a full refund. They issued me a receipt which reads something like ?acceptance of returned goods? on it. I was told that a refund has been initiated and be in my account shortly, however may take up to 5 days. A week later I continued to buy presents for family members without checking my bank balance. However the money was not paid into my account. As a result, I went overdraft and had to pay overdraft charges to the bank. They had my number and have not contacted me once about it. It took me 6 weeks to get my money back for no obvious reason and around 30 emails backwards and forwards. One of the emails was even suggesting that they?d like to issue a gift card instead rather than a full refund. We are taking about £900 worth gift card to spend in store and nowhere else. It was a nightmare to deal with a bunch of unprofessional people who don?t know how to deal with customers.This store is a North Face ?partner? and owned and operated by Ellis Brigham Ltd. so be mindful that it is not the official The North Face store. I would not shop here again. I?d rather shop on The North Face website or an official store.

Using COVID old trick to make us feel must buy something only shop having to queue to get in, rubbish shop is empty all other shops u go in normallyI saw reply and do understand the need for queue and in this case it wasn?t needed at that time at all , you need to have a better understanding of when it?s needed and when it?s not

SCAMMERS. Do not ever shop at this North Face. They sold us a faulty jacket. The jacket was in the bag for 10 days before we had time to return it to Westfield because it was too short.The sales assistant at the till pointed out "problems" with the jacket. These were tiny defects that pre existed in the jacket when they were manufactured. They sold us a faulty product and then refused to refund the jacket claiming it was not in a re-sellable condition.Eli the "manager" made the final decision to reject the jacket despite it being in an identical condition it was purchased in.Eli was adamant that this jacket was not sold in this condition, despite not have any evidence whatsoever to prove this claim. She insinuated that the customers were liars.She was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive.We had the receipt, the labels were still attached to the jacket and it was in an identical condition to how it was purchased. We had the card it was originally purchased on too.It has never ever been worn even once. It was still in the bag it was purchased in.She is beyond retraining and should genuinely not be working at this store.They have attempted to scam us out of £235. We are raising this with our bank, we will be writing to customer service, head office and will be writing to the CEO.DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU BY SELLING YOU DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEN NOT ACCEPT IT BACK.

DISGUSTING WORK ETHIC !! If i could rate them a zero i would !! Their customer service was appalling. I went to try on a coat and a tag fell from the hanger then a staff member came over and said can i have it and my friend had picked the tag up to see if it was for the coat i was trying on. When my friend didn?t give her the tag instantly she snatched it out of her hand and then the coat out of mine. Then my other friend was holding the same coat but her size and the staff member once again snatched it out of her hands. I have one good thing to say a staff members that was working there very sweet and helpful she answered our questions as best as she could and got another size when i asked and didn?t raise her voice like the other women. I think for the price you are paying for a coat i think they should have to common decency to not take things off you and i was interested in buying the coat. Over all i will never be going back there again.

I went in to buy a Jacket on Black Friday and was adamant to get the warmest jacket. I then ran into Noelia who works there and she took me through all the jackets and finally settled for the Parka as it?s waterproof as well as warm. Highly recommend going in and asking for Noelia as you?ll get an impartial view as well as getting exactly what you wanted

Untrained & rude staff at this showroom.. When we complained to the ?manager?, she said the staff is overworked and hence may have behaved this way.. Unbelievably low level of professionalism?

I am severely disabled and I like the location of this The North Face shop and I like the opening hours. I like the appearance of the shop and I like the size of the shop. But I have mixed feelings about the customer service delivered to me: sometimes the staff were helpful, but one spoke to me in a rude manner, which I did not deserve, and another one ignored me perhaps, which I also did not deserve.

Very rude and unprofessional in the way they handled a return conversation. Receipt and tag were there but she still refused to return it because the tag was detached! After calling the store manager she returned it, but with an attitude that made me wonder why would someone who respects himself would ever buy anything from here?! I asked for her name and then she was shouting it over to everyone in the store to hear ?Hajar?!
