Like a previous review mentioned, the staff are the rudest I?ve come across in Westfield. Tried to do a online order refund and the lady said she doesn?t know how to so I have to wait for her manager. Twenty minutes later I ask how long the manager will be and she said oh she was just here, well then why didnt you let me or her know then? Then another 15 mins later the manager comes in tried to process the refund and said she couldn?t find my order on the system & I need to call customer services tomorrow as they are closed. I asked her for her name ans she refused to give it to me, saying she didn?t serve me so why do I want her name? Well she tried to put a refund through for 20 mins so clearly she did serve me unless I imagined it. Totally disgraceful, I?ll not renew my membership or shop at any fragrance shop again

I had a disappointing experience at the perfume counter. The staff were surprisingly rude and unhelpful, which made the visit uncomfortable. I expected better customer service, especially in a department that should be focused on creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, I won?t be returning.

I visited today and did not like the customer representative. I requested to try some perfumes, but she was very rude. Her expression suggested that I couldn?t afford to buy the perfume. I was really disappointed with her attitude and left the shop.

Staff were cleaning up (loudly hoovering) whilst I was trying to speak to the lady serving me. Not a neurodivergent friendly store especially at 5.30pm even though they close at six. The Asian lady was very dismissive of my comment about the hoover, surely switching it off for two minutes would not increase your clean up time if that tiny store. Will not go there again.

Falon (hope I spelt your name right), I lost the bit of paper you wrote it on. She was really helpful and went out of her way for us. I tried a lot of scents and she was patient with us. Thank you so much. We are really happy with our purchases.

I was shopping in a rush and needed to find a perfume for my mum and Ranya/Rayna (forgive me if I'm spelling it wrong) came to my rescue. She immediately got me some samples of mature scents and reminded me of the student discount. Great shop, great staff will definitely shop there again. <3

the workers were so so so rude like we were trying perfumes for my daughter Christmas gift and the hijabi lady was saying ? when u spray the perfume 2-3 times , its doesn?t change the smell of it like ur wasting it ? but the testers are here for us to try it ? I don?t get why they are like that . They should be kicked out . Yall need to change the workers icl .

Avoid this store as my personal experience so disappointed last week i have visited with my partner and lady was serving me who wearing hijab she treated me very bad i feel like she is not interested for selling in between she went outside without knowing us we were waiting but she didn?t come back so i think they don?t want sell the stuff just time pass doing i saw they are treating others also like this

AVOID this compant all costs!! I purchased two scents for my family christmas presents. I paid the total by card and without my knowledge or consent, they signed me up for a subscription!
I've only just realised the funds are coming from this company and I'm furious that their team did not notify me of this subscription.
I did NOT CONSENT to this and it's aweful a company can get away with this.
