Excellent service from Phoenix, with knowledge on each product and how they would work on my skin. She was engaging & attentive to detail.

I think this product (tea tree rapid action gel) is really good so far and working well on my daughter's acne.

Alot of good options and the employee (didn?t see name but wore a hijab) was incredibly helpful and patient (would be a 1 star if it wasn?t for her)
However the other staff member on duty kept following me around the store, even though I said ?it?s okay I don?t need help?. I ended up putting back some of the items because I wanted to look at the different flavours and compare on my own but they just kept staring and following me around.

Sister did click & collect, store clerk said to return 2 hrs later, returned right before 2 hrs and store is closed and would not serve the previously promised click & collect. Shame on staff misleading customers.
