Store manager and staff were very rude. I order the jumper online. But I didn?t like the material hence I returned to Superdry Westfield White city store. At a time of return server crashed. So staff didn?t gave me any return receipt also they were mot giving me my product back. They were not giving any assurity of return. Plus store manager and other cash counter staff was very rude (except guy name Akash who atleast gave me written confirmation) and ignoring and not at all helping. I got my refund after few days as a gift card. But i had to go through lot of trouble and it caused me lot of stress. I will never visit that super sry store again

I visited the Superdry store at Westfield, Aerial Way, on 12th October. I believe it's the new outlet, which is now smaller in size. Unfortunately, the staff did not acknowledge me, despite being the only customer in the store.
There were two staff members, one of Asian/Indian descent and one Black, who were engrossed in conversation and didn?t greet or make way as I walked through the store. I had to awkwardly navigate around them. It was a disappointing experience.
However, the security personnel were courteous and pleasant.

The shop has mostly winter clothes and the variety of other clothes is very limited

Today 9th of April at 7.30pm I came in with my daughter to buy some clothes. When I came in there was this Asian girl that came and stood beside & I have noticed that she gave me this discasting look. When I looked at her she quickly changed her face and gave me fake smile. I wanted to let her know that I saw that so I gave her very angry look. Then I told my daughter let's go because we are not welcomed here. As I turn around that rude staff was standing with another staff saying something about me and smirking. At this point I came back asked her if that was her manager, she said yes. When I approached this white man with cross earring hanging from his ear he was very rude, argumentative & didn't even let me explain. I found out he was covering the real manager. He was a cover manager that's why he was extremely rude. He keep on defending her, told me I set off the alarm, I was giving her dirty looks & told me I am not welcome in the shop. He told me to leave & never come back. At this point I was very upset and shocked how discusting his behaviour was. Now I know that, that Karen wasn't really the manager that's why he didn't care & no wonder why some staff in that shop are so discusting & rude. This shop is always empty now I know why. It's a shame that these kind of unprofessional, discusting people spoiling this business & the name if the shop!

Very rude girl at the time of paying. I only asked if they had the garment in a larger size and she snapped saying "if you didnt find the size in the area you saw it, we dont have it", I asked her to check and she just said "no its not in stock", I just left the other items I was going to buy and went to Hollisters instead where the staff were very helpful.
