Today I went to store I buy one pair of Nike shoes Sunday store closing time 6:00 pm but they said 5:50 we not show you more shoes I told them I already inside store can you give me my size he said me they stop selling shoes he also talk with his supervisor stuff have no manners to how to speak with customers

The only way staff will help you at the shoes is if you literally wave a shoe under their noses and distract them from making the shop pretty or their phones.

the worst customer service ever! if you ask for something, the workers show you that you are disturbing them. And finally when you get the goods and want to pay for them, for example for yeezy for 170 pounds, cashier say its 250 pounds. Never visit this store

The store looks lovely, the staff is nice when you get hold of someone but there is hardly any staff memeber around the store. Prepar to wait for a very very long time to be served.

Service is pathetic today i go for buy a sketing. There i find one but there on display price is £27.99 and on the box is £36. So i tell one of the staff which price is correct that guy scan the barcode and confirm me that price is £27.99. But when i go on till that guy told me it?s £36. So explain everything to her so she call her colleague and the another guy come and told me on the box is £36 so tell him everything he come with me at display and check everything and told me the barcode is rong no apology nothing. I leave it the sketing there now i never buy anything from sports direct.

The customer service at this store is incredibly awful!
The staff are completely mannerless and have no sense of professionalism. As employees, the least they can do is speak political to customers, but instead, they are outright rude. Customers have to chase them around just to get some assistance, and when asked to check for a particular show size, they blatantly reply, "whatever we have is on display regardless of size & model," without even bothering to check.
To make things worse, they act as us customers are a burden and even ask people to leave the store. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. Avoid SPORTS DIRECT at all costs-unless, of course, you enjoy being humiliated while trying to shop.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store, all because of a staff member named Sandra. I arrived at the till by 8:46 PM with a pair of shoes and also to get another pair in my size. When I politely asked for assistance, Sandra?s response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of helping, she rudely told me she would KICK ME OUT if I didn?t leave the store.
I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior from a retail employee. Instead of providing customer service, Sandra seemed more interested in rushing people out rather than doing her job. If this is how customers are treated, I won?t be returning, and I strongly advise management to address her behavior. Absolutely disgraceful!

My young son went to buy a pair of Astro boots but, unfortunately, wasn?t able to pay for them at the time. He spoke to a staff member?we believe his name is Bernard?who kindly agreed to hold them until closing at 9 PM. Thankfully, I managed to get there in time and found Bernard still working hard. True to his word, he had kept the boots for my son. Such a lovely guy!
It was disappointing, however, that no one else seemed interested in helping. Why do so many staff members often appear uninterested, frustrated, or disengaged with customers? I understand that, at times, customers can be difficult, but a little kindness and effort go a long way.

The new location is perfect and well arranged, but what about the workers there, you are sick of the way they behave with customers, one of the managers says, she had no idea of ??anything that was happening around her, I waited 40 minutes so that she could clarify my problem on their radio , just very lazy and rude , don't know how to say sorry or thank you or goodbye , crappy service !
