Disappointing Experience with Transparency Slide/Film Scanning.The scanning service for transparency slides/films at this location was unfortunately unsatisfactory. The scans were notably blurry, of low resolution, and exhibited color aberration. Additionally, the handling of the slides was unprofessional: upon return, one slide was broken in half, another was cracked, and there were visible fingerprints on several slides.Interactions with the staff were also less than ideal. When inquiring about the poor quality of the scans, the response implied the slides were already damaged, which was not the case, and the tone used was quite dismissive.While I understand this is a casual photo shop and didn't anticipate professional-grade results, the quality and service provided were below acceptable standards the only thing that was "professional" is the price - expensive.

I went to get my ID photos taken. They where very patient and even gave me 2 extra pictures as I wasn't completely sure about the dimensions !

Went to get my passport photos, would recommend! They were very friendly, and double checked the requirements for the country. Also includes a digital copy, which is nice.
