Rude member of staff. She even seemed to Diss me. But the girl at the till was polite. The store facing them is one pound store too but everyone is polite and helpful there.

Awful staff members let alone a store manager, they require serious customer service and training of the policies in place. An item priced on the shelf as £1 then became £3.99 at the til. I politely explained to Piyush, who served me that the price is not correct as it?s advertised as £1. Himself and the ignorant manager beside him Pankajumar refused to change the price even after clear advertising of the intended price- stating he couldn?t. That he has price changes to do on his device- this has nothing to do with the customer! Customers should be paying what is advertised. He stated that his staff had placed the item in the wrong place. I explained by law the price advertised is what I should be paying. He constantly kept talking over me and attempted to give me a lesson on placement in savers as if I work there!! Absolutely ridiculous- four other customers even explained to him the advertising law and that he was wrong. But he was so ignorant and refused to change the price as if it was coming out of his own pocket. He event went on to mock ?that the customer is always right?- well in that case change the price Pankajumar!

Often get the £3.99 18 roll toilet paper, a good deal methinks.Vits/meds, shampoo, laundry deals esp the 99p 1Litre laundry cleanser to kill bugs & smells. Also the toilet fizz 8 tablets for £1.49 does help get rid of limescale.
