I got served by African lady was very rude. I noticed it later on she was making differences between customers. For some she was kind and lovely, for some others she was very unprofessional and rude. Looks like she was forced to work there. I am very disappointed in that lady attitude.

I come to this pret a lot. I have had this one particular individual who is always so disconnected and sometimes even rude and neglectful. By my review will ignore her and another person and focus on the food and the amazing service I always get from Lydia, she is always smiley and makes me and my partner feel welcome and come back. Also this is a genuine review!

WORST experience?.I am utterly disgusting with the hygiene at this location. All I can say is that I ordered a soy latte, and of course with the lid on the cup I couldn?t see anything. As I was taking the last sips of coffee I noticed something hard in my mouth, behold it was a bug!!! I am a loyal customer of Pret but I cannot describe my dissapointment in the lack of customer care and attention to hygiene. All I want to do now after my coffee is vomit?.

Really nice Pret with good seating for large groups. Hot drinks were nice and staff were happy and smiley.

I'm a regular here but the hygiene has gone down greatly! They make drinks after cleaning without washing their hands. Plus, flies everywhere.

I was around 11:30 am in a shopping centre Shepherd?s Bush I was with my family we were waiting for more friends to join us so after we ordered we make a big table to fit all of us 2 minutes after we sit down we had one of the staff members asking us if we are waiting more people and kindly I explained to her that in just few more minutes we have more people join us she made a angry face and she left following next 5 minutes the manager there came again and asked us about the table and I kindly explained again what?s going on and with a angry face on front of my daughter 4 years old he said I?m sorry but we are busy you can?t have a big table and my reaction was I?m sorry and we left.the reason why I?m writing and I want to be clear it?s that I work on hospitality for 8 years I?m a bar manager and I understand everything what happens when it?s busy when it?s rush hour when you need a table and everything else the shop was not more than 30% full was plenty of spaces there this is my first review in my life and was most horrifying experience I ever had in my life they way I was treated there I really wish nobody needs to go through what I went with my family and my kids needed to see this kind of behaviour honestly I have no words to describe how they ruined my day and my family day out I was a regular costumer of pret a manager but after today I will never go in any of their branches even if they are the last coffee shops in the earth thank you pret for making my worst Sunday out in my life.

The staff who are serving are very rude sometimes,the coffee is not tasty at all and the cleaning?.wow even if you pay to eat in sometimes table are so dirty and on the floor is si much dirt and smell all the rubbish

Decent sandwiches but a bit pricey. Charging customer to eat in but closed off half the restaurant & denied access to toilet & water fountain. Tut tut

Staff and coffee is great but manager is condescending and rude. Twice she came to my table talking down to me, once over a chair being slightly sticking out to the side, and second time she came to make unnecessary threats to a first time customer for having a vape on the table which was not in use. Her words and actions seemed to intentionally drive certain customers away and showed very poor hospitality skills.
