Great and friendly staff from someone who works in pizza express the service and food is as good as it always should be. Ahzam is great and one of the managers didn?t catch her name but she was great had a good chat won?t forget this experience will be back for sure!

The place was quite busy and the tables were a bit small..I visit PizzaExpress locally regularly and the pizza here was not as good as my local PizzaExpress.

Never had worse customer service in any other Pizza Express branch. We waited for ages to receive our bill, went out of our way to look for waiters and try to make contact with them. One of them looked at me and completely ignored me. When I was finally able to get ahold of someone, they brought us the wrong bill since they didn?t properly put in our order.

Very disappointing visit to Pizza Express Westfield. The dough balls were extremely hard and dry and cold they seemed like they had been cooked earlier and just served, not freshly made. Totally unpleasant to eat . The pizzas were ok too . The Manager confirmed about their offer about ?kids eat free ? if an adult orders any food worth £10 above .when it came to billing he said kids eat free deal he cannot offer us anymore . The drinks menu had a different amount and the app has a different amount they were over charging so please Check your bills and deals before you pay . Service was too slow. The waiter taking our order did not even know the menu and what food is served in their pizza express. He didn?t seem new at all
