Served by Muzzzammil Shah today. Awful service. His attitude became unprofessional the moment I informed of my budget (too low for him perhaps). Was rushing me as if it was a busy day- which in-fact was not. Kept talking to his colleagues and at one point just left me to go off some where?? Overall completely ruined my shopping experience today. Even proceeded to throw my items in the bag. He shouldnt be working in customer service with this attitude. If he was nice enough I would have purchased something more or even returned. Please go to the branch at oxford street where I?ve had better customer service.

Salwa, Sariyah and Aesha were amazing! They were so kind and their service was lovely, Sariyah showed me the engraving machine when I first went and personalised my experience. I came back for their amazing service and Salwa happily built a couple of bracelets for me. When I came back, Aesha showed me the new collection! I?ve had the pleasure of seeing these ladies every time I come to the store and I will definitely return for their incredible service! Thank you so much ladies!

Today I went to buy something memorable to my friend and I left quite happy with the customer service in this Pandora store.
The host gave me a good warm welcome and Neamh is the person who attended me and was patient and she let me feel all the time that she cares about my personal idea about the gift that I was going to buy. It?s an amazing feeling when you have to spend some money and you?re well advised.
Thank you so much to her, really great customer service.
I will definitely come back to this store.

I visited Pandora on Saturday and had a great experience! As soon as I walked in, I got a warm welcome, and the staff were happy to help with my ring size. I was then directed to Iqra, who was just as amazing. When I asked about the Beauty and the Beast ring, she brought out the whole collection. She mentioned that her favorite was the Rapunzel ring, keeping the interaction real. Iqra measured my wrist size and brought out the charms I was interested in without hesitation. When I mentioned I wanted to see the Stranger Things collection, she immediately brought it out and even talked about the details on the Demogorgon charm, which was super cute! She also showed me some of the travel charms and basic designs, which made the experience even better. The team?s kindness and Iqra?s enthusiasm made my visit so memorable. I will definitely visit again.

Online order was cancelled, dispite Christmas and new year period only have 5 days to collect. Meant we lost a discount. The supervisor was extremely unhelpful and frankly tainted the whole experience. Lucky the store manager actually understood and was clearly experienced in good customer service, was able to instruct a resolution, came and checked satisfaction and was very friendly. Lighting in store was filthy! Won't return to this store.

Lorida was absolutely amazing. We were there for just over 2 hours and she was there continuously changing bracelets and giving us amazing service throughout. She was very kind and very helpful. By far the best service I've received in an age, so much that it made me write a review for the first time.
