Just had Ochi as a take away, we had stew chicken with rice and peas and curry goat and rice and peas both had plantain as well. So firstly I?d like to say Ochi never disappoints, both dishes was the small and there was loads in the container. The curry goat was exceptional and the stew chicken beautiful, the flavours and quality are spot on. We get it every few months but tonight?s was the best yet, the ladies in there are really lovely so if your in Shepherd?s Bush get on Ochis you will not be disappointed?.best Caribbean I?ve ever had. No photos as it?s all in our bellies ??

found a maggot in my oxtail and rice and peas. i have no clue how this place is still running. the food is absolutely trash! the only thing that is good is the customer service - the lady that takes the orders, shes lovely. This place need to be CLOSED DOWN ASAP!!

Sat 21st June '2025: The food (oxtail, rice and peas) x2 and peas soup... was so delicious I forgot to take photos ?
As you can see from the photos in the shop, many known faces, highly rate and have eaten here too.
I have eaten from Ochi many times... their food is on point and the best West Indian place in Bush to get your food. Great service too as always ?
Will be sure to edit my review with pics the next time I go there.??

I really enjoyed the Jamaican food. The oxtail and my padner had jerk chicken they were tasty and full of flavour. The rice and peas were nice, and the plantain was sweet and soft. Everything was fresh and well-cooked. I would definitely eat it again. ?

Well, well words fails me. I?m currently house bound and really fancy something fishy. I turned to Ochi Resturant for a takeaway,.
Initially I had intented to placed my order online, but because of my illness I decided to place my order via the telephone.
I spoke with a very pleasant young lady who was very accommodating with regards my dietary preferences.
Long story short. When the food arrived, I was not disappointed, this is the best takeaway have had in a very long time. The food was amazing, steamed fish was to die for, the fried dumplings and plantain was delicious, can?t wait to try this place out in person as soon as I?m mobile again.

Food too salty, very disappointed, it's a defo no from me wouldn't recommend. Use to be decent a few years back. One plus is the lady serving was polite just a shame.

My mate and I have become regulars here, eating at one of the two tiny tables. The food is always good. I tend to stick to curry goat, chicken curry, or the oxtail. It's that dish which blows my mind: the ultra-tender beef, the rich dark sauce, so intense in flavour. Wow. Lovely people too. Recommend.

The Jerk chicken is sooooo bad. Stay well away from it. You would never believe that it is a Caribbean takeaway. Disgusting food and it looked like vomit.

Such ashame I've had to give 2 stars for the food. Absolutely no flavor what so ever, avoid the oxtail, the chicken was a little better but still not the best. Never again

Whenever I visit Shepherd's Bush, which is infrequent, I take great pleasure in dining here for Caribbean cuisine. The soups are consistently excellent, and the fresh juices are delightful.
