Terrible customer service. Even the manager is not helpful. Looks like the branch isprivately owned. They dont care about O2 brand name.

I went to buy airpods and after 15 minis I was finally served and when I was at the checkoutTill I was told that I could find them for cheaper at currys so I went there and they didn't even have it so when I whent back and the tills weren't working so I went again after a few hours and the guy told me that they might not have my change(which was 1p)and then hisCollege said it was just 1p and to leave it (in a rude way) I will not return

i went to the store to get my sim card replaced. Everything seemed to go well. But now I have been waiting my sim to be activate for more than 24h. I contacted the O2 customer service (which is difficult with a phone without network), and they told me that I have to go back to the store because they did no activate the sim card.

Im dyslexic and a nightmare with tech.I had the intelligent, patent guy, with a can do attitude. Going back I pray he's there (will get his name written down and up later).Non judgmental, had worked past closing, noticed he was the first to clean.Cut through hints id tried to articulated, cracked adversity, concentrated on my vague brief.Dam smart guy, should be running the country.Stars are for that chap not o2

Fantastic service in a desperate time of need when my phone linked to O2 was stolen. The team, in particular the Lead Shop Adviser/Manager, were incredibly thoughtful, caring and went above and beyond to help me lock the stolen phone and compromised details as well as assist with a new phone.

Train your staff properly to ask for a permission to use a customers phone.I came in to solve a quick problem and ask a couple of questions. While I was being helped two customer service representatives just took my phone off me and were scrolling through my email and my texts messages, while not even asking if I was okay with it.While it?s okay for some people, I felt uncomfortable when random people were looking through my email history even when it?s related to O2 queries.I also singed up for an O2 contract through Uswitch and the customer service representative said they can?t help me with O2 related queries and I have to talk to Uswitch directly. This sounds extremely weird, considering all my communication is done through O2 and not Uswitch

Shocking customer service, walked into the store 2 days to ask about opening a new contract for the iPhone 15. The guy serving me rudely tells me to go sit in a corner while he checks if there is anyone in front of me bear in mind it?s an empty store. After he realises that there is no one else he calls me over and tells me to sit at the desk and wait for him to cover. I thought that?s fine he has something he needs to sort before he can help me. This guy proceeds to then open his new Apple Watch on the shop floor and start setting it up. After a 5/10minufes he realises that I am getting a little annoyed watching him he then tells me he?s going to be right back and proceeds to pick up all the bits for his Apple Watch and take it to the back of the store to set up. Comes out another 5/10 minutes later wearing his Apple Watch and showing it off to his colleagues. Not sure when customers stopped being priority but O2 definitely won?t be having my business

Omg, I could not believe how bed the customer service it is, one guy the don?t know nothing, extremely Rudy, he has all my information on the screen in front of him and still asking me the same question again and again:((( I just walking out!!! O2 Please provide better training for your association!!!

I never seen such a level of incompetentence; it was like watching toddlers try to play shop. I came two days ago trying to drop my old phone for repairs clue staff flapping around like dying fish,taking 20 minutes and three of them to make a log in,then they were unable to find the IMEI . In the end I said never mind,and I bought a new phone. Not even two days later,the screen broke. I returned to the store to ask for a change,clue same pantomime as the first time. They did not have my model in store nor could they order it,for same unclear reason. They told me, a middle aged limping woman with a broken ankle,to go to Hammersmith. Their attitude was pure rubbish: rolled eyes,sighs, clearly thinking "how dare she ask us to do our job?". Seriously,I wonder if they are all related to the store manager,as I can't explain why they were hired. I doubt they even know how to use a phone by themselves,let alone help a costumer. Don't go there; save your time and money.

I recieved amazing customer service from Alistar in the White city store a few days ago. I had an online upgrade gone wrong and he went through the lengths of calling customer service on my behalf, resulting in a next day delivery replacement phone. Thanks so much Alistar!

Very dissatisfied with the O2 service and the highly mixed experience of the personnel in the store. My phone number has not been ported for 10 days and after tens of calls to customer support and visits to the store, it got manually ported on day 26, but data access was not activated, so I could not do any internet, email or else. When contacting second level support on the phone, i was told that someone would call me back within 5 days, at which point i cancelled the contract, as I was promised several times by customer support that they would call back in the many calls which I had, but nobody ever did. Regarding the store few sales assistant are capable and kind, but others try to pacify you with false information, such as that porting gets completed in phases over 72 hours, or that the extra features that you should be entitled to are not working because you have 0 spend limits and other completely fabricated stories. What's worse, is that O2 doesnt give to the stores any dedicated technical support line, so I ended up sitting in front of the O2 store persons for up to 1 hour while they were queueing on the phone awaiting their colleagues to respond. O2, this is something embarassing to say the least, you should seriously reconsider how you manage support, which is useless and modernize your services, we are in the 21st century, 5G, but you are far away from it.

That company start to be so silly I wait basically 1 month to pay out my bill and the problem it was my business account I been on 9 store to sort it out the situation at the end I sort it on the store where I had the contract
