We had Nike by you products designed for our kids in the shop. Mr. Prince, the shop assistant serving us, was very helpful, diligent, and patient with the kids. Great shopping experience!

Excellent Customer Service. It didn't take long from, I liked the trainers, to be trying the size and ordering them to arrive home. There was a hiccup and Nafisa in a caring manner was very attentive to my needs. The floor manager was very friendly and helpful with the situation.
Lately we are used to retail getting really quick and unpersonal, So it as very nice to see such a welcoming team.

Unhelpful and apathetic staff. Customer service was poor, with more focus on maintaining the shop than assisting clients. Overall, an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude.

I recently visited this store and found a great selection of sizes, which is the main reason I chose to shop here. They stock a wide variety, making it easy to find the right fit. However, the customer support experience wasn?t great. The sales assistants were unhelpful and seemed disinterested, which made the shopping experience a bit frustrating.

We had an amazing experience with Demarco- we had a very complicated request for a pair of custom shoes, which led to us needing Demarco?s complete concentration and support to solve a lengthy problem. After persevering, DeMarco was able to resolve the issue with both my brother?s and my shoes. We?re very grateful for his help and without his support we would have been totally stuck. Thank you!!

Really wasn?t a good experience shopping for men?s clothes. Sales rep seemed off. He asked if I could do a feedback for him, which I said I?ll do it later. He then said the name is not on the receipt so he said if I could it, it will be great. I felt pleasure to review him which I said I won?t. Not a pleasant experience.

My 10 year old bought a football shirt which he wanted printed with a specific player - we were served by a young man, Louis. We engaged in a conversation with Louis whilst he was printing the football shirt, and all we can say was how delightful, well mannered and engaging he was. What an asset to your store!

The employees were extremely pleasant, I had discovered two trainers that I found difficult to choose between for purchase. When I decided on which one to buy, they lacked the color in my size. In general, my experience was quite enjoyable, it would be great to have a DJ in the store as that was an amenity they offered in the Oxford Street location.

The service is so poor. Nike is a big brand but the service from staff has been poor. Been to this store twice. I may visit a different location. No need to spend when service is poor. Can they get a new manager to help staff deal with attitude issues. I am not sure if they are paid well but their attitude is off. Gives Nike a bad name. Addidas n the other sports stores have better staff. Just that nike has good products but I can never step here again. I was shocked at the attitude and rudeness from staff.
