Great customer service makes the difference. We arrived 20min before closing time and the fitting rooms where already closed. The store assistant Bettin reopened one for us at a different floor, nothing was a problem, very polite

Shalini ? wow, wow, wow! What spectacular customer service! I honestly haven?t experienced anything like this in so long. She went absolutely above and beyond for me, searching the entire store for a pair of capris I had been looking for since Saturday. Not only did she comb through every rack, but she also checked the stock room for me multiple times, never once making me feel like I was a bother. Her patience, dedication, and genuine kindness truly stood out. Next should feel privileged to have Shalini on their team she is a shining example of what customer service should be!

Last 3 occasions ive bought suits from here, they dont have suit bags in stock. How that tends to happen i dont know. Thousands of suits for sale but no suit bags. Absolute joke. Some staff are also very miserable.

I usually enjoy shopping at Next?it's my go-to for both workwear and smart casual outfits. My experience at the Bullring branch in Birmingham has always been excellent, which is why I expected the same level of service and quality at the Westfield Shepherd?s Bush store. Unfortunately, my recent visit during the bank holiday weekend was nothing short of horrendous.
I went in with my girlfriend, looking to refresh my wardrobe for both work and outings. We were shocked to find barely any staff on the shop floor, which is surprising given how busy Westfield gets on bank holidays. The men's section was completely lacking in stock for standard sizes?there were hardly any mediums or larges, and 32/34 waist trousers were practically non-existent. These are some of the most common sizes, so the lack of availability was frustrating.
To make matters worse, I selected around 15 items to try on, only to find that 12 of them were incorrectly sized?placed on the wrong hangers. Trying on what you think is your size, only to realise it?s actually an XS or S, is disheartening and frankly upsetting. It momentarily makes you question your own body, which should never be part of the shopping experience.
When we mentioned the issue to the staff at the changing room, the response was a disinterested shrug. No offer to help, no apology, just indifference. My girlfriend even went back out to help find the correct sizes, only to discover that most of the rails were mislabelled, and again, no staff were available to assist.
Overall, the staff seemed completely disengaged?no enthusiasm, no attentiveness, and clearly no management presence addressing the situation. It stood in stark contrast to the great service we received in other stores at Westfield that day.
This was honestly the worst shopping experience I?ve had in a long time, and it?s disheartening to see such a drop in standards from a brand I usually trust. I really hope this isn?t a sign of things to come for other branches.

I?m obsessed with Next so when I went to their store in Westfield, I was ecstatic. I could see the products I see online and can decide if they?re worth ordering or not. Ofc, it didn?t make sense to buy here in London as they are more expensive than the ones that get sent to Luxembourg.
