Staff are good, though it was a long wait to get to the counter. I wanted to send money to Australia, but it was impossible, though I had most of the info.Their procedure needed an IBAN, which the Oz account did not provide or need! I used another transfer agent, which ironically uses Nationwide to check things online and it was at least £20 cheaper than N/wide!

Eisa was really helpful in explaining about all the savings accounts and helped me open them and apply for a credit card. I feel a lot more organised with saving my money now. Thank you very much.

Walked in to find out how to open a bank account and had done it successfully with a guidance of friendly staff.Nowadays it is literally self service procedure which is done on the bank office planchet, one needs to have a valid passport on him/her/them.Thanks

Really helpful staff who dealt with my queries to the fullest extent. They tried extra hard to explain situations and provided me with a personally tailored customer service experience. A very polite lady here (perhaps the manager) explained some products available to me very openly (pros and cons) with no hard sell. I feel satisfied that I could trust them to help me make sensible choices for any investment. They were honest even about the things they wouldn't be able to help with immediately but persevered to achieve an appropriate and satisfactory solution.

I?ve popped in twice maybe 3 times. The service has been good/acceptable. Very limited open counters. You can cash in using the outside machine but not the inside machine?! The staff at first glance look a little unhappy/grumpy. Once once you speak to them they seem okay. The young man behind the counter is very friendly. 4/5 stars easy if it weren?t so rundown and unmaintained. I can honestly say it looks like a rundown dump, both on the outside and inside. It?s a little shocking; it?s a bank after all and not a post office in a deprived area. I would love an explanation on why the bank looks the way it is. I bring your attention to the dirty walls the badly placed posters with double sided tape as well as the tape residue from removed posters? the place at the least needs a paint job; and it looks unbelievably messy behind the counter when you peak over. Again the service was good but I strongly believe it is down to the staff and or management to do something about how the actual bank looks/feels. No matter the weather outside - you could be in Marbella with a winning lottery ticket, the moment you step foot in that bank you?re immediately slapped with depression! My god this place is DULL. Maybe switch the lighting to cool white or something. By the way bank or building society or whatever you want to call it I?m sure you can find the money to give that place a good scrub; if it?s not for the customers it should be for you the staff/management, I can?t imagine how you stay motivated! Thank you.
