First time visited this restaurant and I must say it's very nice, good was served quick and hot, usually you don't get hot nowadays at nandos, usually Luke warm but this restaurant served us verr nicely. Staff very good and well trained and helpful. Parking is restricted 8am till 9pm, but there are few pay n display but you have to look around as some road have it and some don't.

I?ve been a loyal Nando?s customer for years and have visited branches in different parts of the UK as well as in other countries ? and the quality is usually consistent and full of flavour. Sadly, my visit to the Shepherd?s Bush branch was extremely disappointing. The food had no taste at all, completely lacking the signature Nando?s flavour. It honestly felt like a poor imitation. Compared to other branches, this location is far below standard.
I really hope the management takes feedback seriously and brings the quality back up to match what Nando?s is known for globally. With so many great examples out there, there?s no reason this branch should be so underwhelming.

Today I went to Nando?s that locates Uxbridge Road to celebrate my child 5th birthday with family and friends but the experience I received from one of the staff members is beyond my mind, I simply asked a good set of place to set together with all my friends and family but the person who claims she is the manager ( person has a blue eye colour) was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional person I have been cross in my entire life. At one point she even shouted on me in front of my kids and families also she even make a sine to physical to fight with me in-front of her stuff members, my family and other people who was standing behind me, because of this her colleagues removed her from the counter what a shame. She ruined my whole entire experience and my child experience am very disappointed and disused about this. If she is the manager as she is claiming it she doesn?t deserve the spot also I want this issue to been addressed to her or her line manager if she has so.

I often go here with my family their food is properly cooked and always tasty they won the award for grilling food and staff is very helpful and welcoming and they bring the food in no time.

We loved the service at this particular nandods. Especially from suzzane who helped us with our birthday celebrations. She was very helpful, kind and thoughtful.

Went to Nando?s today with a friend ordered food togetherMy friend received there food and ate it in the time we was there and my food was still not cookedSeemed to of had a don?t care attitude about it which was frustrating within itselfThere was 1 helpful lady but I found the littke Thai lady manager to be rude on this occasion

I always come here and wonderful staff all the time. I comend specially Imran because we asked for well done chicken and it was cooked to perfection. Thank you guys. You are always great.

First time trying Nando. The hostess/manager was very nice. However I was not so keen on the food. It is encouraged to order over the internet or you will have to go to the take out counter to order. It's definitely serve yourself - I ordered 4 grilled chicken thighs, fries and pay a bit extra for the Mac and cheese. Thxe thighs came out small and a bit burnt - which means it's a little bit dry. The fries were crispy but even when it is dusted with Peri peri salt - it really does not enhance the fries. The Mac and Cheese was mediocre- even with the crunch on top it just does not have flavor.The whole experience was subpar but the people working there were nice. I might try Nando's again but not at this establishment. I don't see what is the big deal with Nando's chicken.

First time to Nando's, recommended by a friend of mine from London, it was delicious and not really expensive.The staff is friendly and respectful.I highly recommend it. ?Dietary restrictions: If you have food allergies, make sure to tell them before ordering.

One of few halal Nandos ( alcohol is available), relatively busy near closing time but the location is large with plenty of seating. Staff were great, provided excellent service although the seating position was close to the drinks and sauces so quite active. Food came out pretty quickly, starters served within ten minutes and mains following soon after. Food was great and was not rushed at all despite coming an hour before closing.Dietary restrictions: This location is halal, verified in person and online.
