Pretzel bread was too dry , inside seems uncooked but outside was hard . Texture was rubbery

The staff that work here are so rude !! Despite purchasing some dry pretzels, they refused to serve me tap water without any reason. I don't mind if there's a problem with this, but at least provide me a reason? It's disgusting to be denied tap water without reasoning after making a purchase. Never going back to this disgraceful establishment ever again

Bought pretzels yesterday at shepherd?s Bush Westfield and I didn?t eat them till I got to the car and then realised they were dry burnt and horrible never again horrible service

Staff are rude I asked for a half sugar half salt pretzel both kiosks in Westfield White City after 6pm say they have only bites left that?s a £1.50 difference. Rubbish

I work at Westfield and went to buy pretzel bites. I asked if discount is applied for people who work at westfield. The lady said yes and still charge me full price,even though I showed her the app and the discount code?!

My sister and I went to Mr.pretzels located in level 1 . The Staff ( an older Woman) was extremely rude with us. Looks like she doesn't want to serve brown people. Honestly, that's what we felt when we left there . We were so upset and didn't do any shopping in the mall just returned home .
