Rude staff. We went in to buy a onesie that clearly had a pink tag saying ?30% off?, hence we expected this to be 30% off. When we went to pay, my husband asked whether the discount had applied and they said yes. After he had paid, I pointed out that that was the full price and that the shop had clearly displayed a discount they said that it was up to 30%. When I pointed up that up to 30% was not 0% they just ignored us. For the avoidance of doubt, the tag clearly stated 30% off, not up to 30% off. We came back about two hours later to return the item as we were really annoyed that they had misled us and misrepresented the price of the item. When we again pointed out that the discount tag was misleading and a misrepresentation , they just didn?t care and they hadn?t even removed the tag!! It?s clearly a way to make customers think they there is a discount when it?s not the case!! The fist assistant was Aya and the second was Emma. I used to shop there often but now I won?t return there.

Visited the store as we are expecting our first child. Loads of stuff to look at, and also Eshfaq was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery. They have left all my packages on the front door . They did not ring the bell or call me.I am not sure I want to use this company again . Also on the email they have said I signed which in fact I have not .

Terrible customer service - member of staff called EMMA -took ages to return an item I had only bought an hour ago. She had quite an attitude and kept asking for details that are ridiculous. She had such an attitude that her manager asked her if she was alright and she just rolled her eyes. Can?t get more disrespectful than that - find a new job if you hate this one!

I want to say a huge thank you to Emma for all her help in store today. She was attentive, honest and very patient with us. She spent three hours with us during our ?buy for baby? appointment and we left feeling more confident and knowledgeable. I can?t wait to have our items delivered!

Terrible customer service. I had the most shocking and humiliating experience.Went to the store in Westfield White City and supervisor Won was an absolutely time waster. I wanted to buy a pram set and he said he offered a price match so i found it cheaper online and showed him. Because he had just start serving another couple he sent the other staff Zarah to check if the set I found cheaper online was the same one they had in the shop as it had to be a match in terms of colour and pieces and she confirmed it was the same same one. Supervisor Won then kept avoiding me after that. He kept coming and giving the excuse that he was gonna be with me as soon as he had finished with the couple that had arrived before which was fine by me but he carried one with that excuse for almost 2 hours. He was then walking left and right, up and down and kept avoiding me. I then spoke to him saying that if he didn't want to sell it he should just say it but to give me an answer as i was tired of waiting. He lied saying that unfortunately they didn't have the car seat that was showing in the set hence he couldn't sell me the set but Zarah said that they did have it in store so i was confused. I said to him that i would take the car seat he had in store instead even though he was claiming that the quality of the one in store was inferior and i said i didn't mind and i was happy to buy it either way. That was when he got rude and refused to sell it turned his back and walked away. I'm 5 months pregnant and he made me stand in there for almost 2 hours, couldn't even be bothered to ask me to have a seat and refused to sell it without giving me a reasonable reason. It was a completely humiliating experience. He's unprofessional and rude and made me feel like i was worthless. I left the store feeling like i had to beg for something that he offered me in the first place, humiliated and mistreated.

This five star review is for Emma. She helped me to make the purchase for literally everything from pushchair to next to me crib to cot bed and dedicated more than two hours to me. At the end I found out from her colleagues that she stayed after her shift to help me out. She is such a star!

Went to check and test a few strollers in the store. The staff member was quite knowledgeable and well explained all the necessary details helping us while other 2 staff members were taking care of our active toddler. They really helped us with our decision. Great staff, great service!

Nima saved the day! Had a repair to be processed with a faulty stroller. The communications process was poor overall and after leaving the stroller with Nima there was only updates after I chased, often the store pointed me to the repairs team and the repairs team pointed me to the store; time consuming and unprofessionalIn the end they couldn?t fix the stroller and replaced it - happy customer but as I said Nima made it happen - thanks for your help

I went into Mamas&Papas White City Westfield today. When entered, the two staff members that were on the shop floor were busy; 1 on the till and the other with a customer. When that staff member finished with her customer, she put things back, and then started serving other customers, customers that came in after me. The staff member on the till went on break, and the person that took over, stayed on the till. I was in there for about 10 minutes. Not one person approached me or, asked me if I needed any help or even smiled my way lol. But they approached and helped everyone else. Even though I was taking strollers down so I could look at them etc. No one enquired if I was looking for something in particular. Not helpful. The annoying thing is, I actually went in to buy a stroller. But that service looked like my money wasn?t wanted.

Unfortunate I have to post this. My stroller had a malfunction and it was confirmed by my local mamas and pos branch. However because I am not in the UK they refused to process my claim. Now I?m stuck with a stroller that doesn?t fold

I had a harrowing experience when I was mislead to think that this is a trustworthy store. The seller refused to return delivery. It was promised to be delivered for mid May to my address but unfortunately it was delivered four days after the purchase. I don?t have any space in my current flat as I was expecting to move from April to my new house.I was more shocked with the manager's attitude as I was trying to respectfully ask for a solution and have the buggy delivered on the agreed date.Very disappointed with the service and the manager's attitude.

Yesterday i visted the store, kindly enough Sadia asisted me through out my shopping trip. I was nervous and looking for items for my sister who is expecting her second child. Sadia made my experience pleasant and very easy.Thank you so much Sadia with your phenomenal customer service. I will definitely be returning back to the shop.
