Put an order in and had a delivery scheduled. They appear to be using DHL, who are lazy and lie, they don?t even attempt delivery if you are in a block of flats. See attached photo of the ?delivery attempt?. There is no ?we missed you? card. DHL either drop it off at a collection point far from you (unclear when as the tracking stops working and there was no parcel when I went) or they send it back. I?ve bought a fairly expensive item which is already delayed and impossible to know when it will be delivered at the collection point. Not planning to make other purchases.

Very slow customer service. Not only a customer after me cut the queue even though I had only 1 item to pay for and he had 10, the cashier took her sweet time to serve him and wasn?t sure how much change to give him, almost doing everything deliberately slow, was a very unpleasant experience, won?t be coming back.
The kids toy I bought was nice but the customer service is not good considering the shop was almost empty and there were 3 people working there.

Visit to White City Mamas & Papas on 04/08/2025 at ~5:30 PM
I don?t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience at the White City Mamas & Papas deserves to be highlighted.
I visited the store on August 4th, 2025 at around 5:30 PM to purchase a helmet for my son. I had already confirmed with another branch that it was in stock. Unfortunately, I wasn?t able to get through on the phone to reserve it, so I made the journey from South London to pick it up in person.
When I arrived, the store appeared understaffed ? one person at the till, and a young Indian staff member who had just finished helping another customer. She noticed me and asked if I needed assistance. I showed her the helmet I was after, and she reluctantly agreed to check the back for it. While her attitude wasn?t welcoming, I stayed patient.
After a few minutes, she returned with the helmet ? so far, so good. I went to the till, ready to pay. That?s when the real issue began. She scanned the item, paused, and then told me to wait while she served other customers. Again, I remained patient.
Eventually, another staff member appeared at the till, but the first employee told her not to help me as she was already ?dealing with me.? I continued to wait.
When she finally turned her attention back to me, she told me she couldn?t sell me the helmet because it was marked as a click and collect item only. (Not reserved) Her suggestion? That I go online, place an order, and return to collect it later ? even though the item was physically in front of me.
I asked for clarification: if I place the click and collect order now, could I take this helmet with me? She replied no ? the online system would trigger a new item to be sent to the store for collection.
At this point, my patience ran out.
I had traveled across the city, waited without complaint, tried to assist her by going through the online process, only to be told I still couldn?t take home the helmet I came for ? the one right in front of us. Her dismissive attitude and poor customer service made the entire experience incredibly frustrating.
For management: this happened on 04/08/2025 at approximately 5:30 PM. The staff member in question was a shorter Indian girl whose name badge was partially worn off ? unfortunately, her attitude was just as worn.
To other customers: be aware. If you?re hoping for a smooth experience or decent service, I?d strongly advise avoiding this particular employee

We went to get help picking out our first pram bundle. Naturally feeling a bit overwhelmed, but we received amazing and confident help from Maggie who took us through our options and preferences. She was so helpful and caring about our decision, that we left feeling completely confident and satisfied in our choice. We couldn't thank her enough, especially knowing how daunting and tricky these decisions can be and feel. We're so grateful!

We had a wonderful experience at Mamas & Papas today! We went in for a posture check and to look into some other things for our baby and the service was exceptional. Taya who helped us, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We felt really well taken care of and left feeling more confident and reassured as parents. Highly recommend Mamas & Papas and especially Taya to any parents looking for support and guidance!

This is the worst place for new parents to be. Had two appointments , no expertise, not attentive. Also it is ridiculous that you need to come in store for promotion discount. Horrible place - hope I never have to come here again

Not the expertise and customer service expected from a baby speciality store? we booked an appointment for a personal shopping session. The staff who served us clearly had no clue about their products and despite I told them my requirements for a pram they just introduced me the only products they know about. I already had a product in mind and asked a few questions regarding the features and she just kept saying i was wrong. E.g I need a compact stroller with one hand fold feature and airline approved size but staff introduced me to a 11kg model which is not for travelling. It was so disappointing and didn?t feel it was useful to have a personal shopping session if you don?t try to provide advice based on individual customers needs. The staff also had no knowledge about car seats and we had to figure out the positioning of the car seat ourselves?. Really surprised by the little professionalism here but I still give it 3 stars as the staff was patient enough to spend one hour with us even with little knowledge. Guess the solution is doing our research online?

My family visited Westfield last week to look at pushchairs for our first child that is due to arrive in July. I wanted to thank Trevor for his assistance and kindness in helping us make our minds up! He was fantastic throughout and extremely knowledgeable on all brands and models. Not quite ready to purchase yet, but will definitely be back to place our order soon.

Had an appointment at White City with Dorsa. My husband and I loved the experience and collection displayed. Dorsa was very knowledgeable and provided us with very insightful information about all products. She spent more than 2 hours with us and was very patient in making sure that we were happy and fully satisfied.

As a first time mum my partner and I were really overwhelmed with all things prams. Luckily Trevor was there and explained everything that we would need. Showed us a few different prams and their special features in great detail. We definitely left the store more confident in what we were looking for and will certainly be back to purchase our pram .

We had a demonstration appointment with Zahra in the Westfield store today. As first time parents our knowledge on prams and cars seats was minimal however Zahra was excellent in explaining all of our options and patiently taking the time to demonstrate the different models and answering our questions. Thank you Zahra for assisting us in purchasing our pram today and for providing us with all the information needed to make our decision. We will definitely be back :)

You are a major retail store. How could you not update your Boxing Day opening and closing hours? I went to Westfield Shopping Centre, and even though Google Business shows you as ?Open,? you were closed. I came all the way from Hampstead as a 7 months pregnant woman because of this incorrect information

Good Quality products. Went to buy a car seat among other things. The Staff are excellent, polite and very helpful. In particular Zahra. Great Customer Service. Will be back for the new born in the new year.

Wife called to buy half a dozen baby grows for grand daughter and staff at checkout seemed more concerned with chatting than serving. Wife had to ask one of them to serve her despite standing waiting patiently.
[Went to Stratford Westfield (20/11) shop and chaotic as two staff and store packed and apparent that they had little interest in grandparents trying to buy - their loss as we went to John Lewis and bought there - overall they have lost a few hundred pounds but obviously are not that bothered]
