I entered the shop with very little knowledge of how to improve the ratio of 1 good hair to 5 bad hair days, an assistant manager Elian (I think) gave me very in depth answers to all of my questions and was able to recommend in store products, as well as various tips outside of sold products. many thanks

Yesterday i went into lush to get some presents for my mum and Anitta (hopefully im spelling that right) made it the best experience I have ever had in a lush store. She was so knowledgeable and such a ray of sunshine. She knew exactly what to recommend and together we crafted the perfect lush gift. A bath bomb gift set, a scrubee, and a face mask specifically for my mums skin type. I hope Anitta gets promoted or a Christmas bonus or something, people like her are very hard to come by!

During my visit, I encountered some challenges with the customer service provided by the management team. I felt that there were moments when I perceived a lack of attentiveness and respect in our interactions. I noticed instances where the managers seemed engaged in private discussions among themselves while customers, including myself, were seeking assistance or guidance.I believe open communication and a customer-focused approach are key elements in delivering exceptional service. I'd like to suggest fostering an environment where all customers feel genuinely attended to and respected throughout their shopping experience.I truly appreciate the quality of products and the overall ambiance that Lush provides, and I believe enhancing the customer service experience would further elevate the brand's reputation.I hope my feedback can contribute positively to your ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction. Best store in the city. Finally, a business that is truly customer focus. The products are personalised and exquisite in a shop that is well staffed with actual human beings that listen and genuinely care. They even entertained my kids and explained their products and services to them while I was being taken care off too. Highly recommended.

I thought Lush really took pride in their customer service, so it is really odd that they (the store manager) refuse to reserve an item (even for an hour) when someone is travelling a long distance to come and buy it. It's their loss; I know never to give them my custom again.reply to owners response: I am pleased to see that despite the store apparently being so busy that they had people queuing right up until 2pm (the time of my call) they were still able to not only answer the phone, but also find the time to respond to a Google review within less than an hour of it being posted... That aside, the passive aggressive opening "as explained to you on the phone" (which is not an honest account of the conversation) and the failure to even sound remotely apologetic just perfectly validates my opinion that the customer service in this particular store is lacklustre. Hugely disappointing for a brand I've shopped with since before this store even existed.

On Saturday I was assisted by Maryan (hope that?s spelt correctly) who was so great in helping me choose a Christmas box for my secret Santa, I was super overwhelmed by the amount of gift boxes lush had and she made the whole process a lot easier. I really appreciated it.
