My first time visiting a L'occitane store and Nikki (I hope I spelt that right) was incredibly supportive from the moment I walked in. I was looking for a Eid present, and had absolutely no idea what I was looking for, but Nikki was very patient with me and helped me put together a custom box set. She was very friendly and polite, and knew the brand well . . everything you would expect in the realms of customer experience. Being part of the luxury industry myself, I know how important feedback and recognition can be for any company, so I actually went back in to get her name so I can highlight this experience. Thank you again Nikki for all your help. Hopefully next time I visit I will have a better idea of what I am looking for lol.

Every store I've been to with regards to loccitane I have received wonderful enthusiastic service.Not at this store today.Miss attitude has put me well and truly off ever entering this store again.When you have such a brand you do expect a high level of service. On this occasional you failed dismally.

After the fabulous service at Battersea power station store, I was disappointed at west field today - I picked up an item on tills which was £5 with a purchase and the older lady who was not very friendly, put it back so I said I want that that?s why I left it there. Then when purchasing a gift set for a gift, the staff could not find the bar code it took well over 5 minutes to ring up the price of the item so I was there for almost 10 minutes being served. The young girl serving was doing her best in the situation but really I wouldn?t go back to this store.

I visited your shop today in Westfield and I must say everything looked so nice! I ended up buying the ultra rich body cream that I'm obsessed with and I was helped by Eirini who was soooo nice and kind :) it's a shame the store is so far from where I live.

So, after a year of lockdown and online shopping, we craved in person shopping and went into this store as part of our shopping trip. I was nostalgically looking for an orange scented set that was a favourite. Clearly, browsing is a no no in this store - three eager beavers with ?can I help you? within five minutes. It?s a small store so they obviously saw eachother do it and must have seen me tell them I did not need help (three times). Maybe they don?t like having customers in the shop. I guess it makes for an easier Saturday. We left - nothing worse than having people approach you repeatedly when you?re trying to shop. Back to the internet.

Wonderful shop . It was my first time out since lockdown and the two young ladies in there were so lovely. I didn?t tell them but I was treating myself as it was my 70th birthday and their customer service made me feel like a film star. Thank you.

I was stared at whilst I was shopping and didn't ask if I need any help.
I wanted to redeem the 10 pound off voucher as a VIP customer and she wasnt happy to see that. She didn't ask questions or offered any help.
She didnt give me any samples Loccitane usually treats you with.
On my way back I asked her how much money to spend to receive the discount is it 35? And she just nodded staring. No goodbye. No thank you. No good service received.
Will never give my business to Loccitane Westfield and I'm sure that location doesnt acheive the sales they should.
Dont remember last time received such a poor service.
Dont go there if you want a pleasant experience or fun shopping trip!
