Some of these young members of staff need to be re trained in manners and customer service. Was kept waiting for a long time for a simple click and collect of some north face sliders. When the member of staff came out abruptly asked for my ID. Won?t be using this store again

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at JD ? Westfield White City Branch!
I want to express my sincere thanks to the entire team at JD in Westfield White City for their exceptional service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Special appreciation goes to the amazing Latifa, who went above and beyond to assist me.
Latifa was incredibly positive, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout my visit. She truly made my experience smooth and enjoyable. In my opinion, she represents the ideal employee for JD ? a real asset to the company!
Also, a big thank you to the store manager for being cooperative, attentive, and patient. The atmosphere in the store reflects great leadership and a commitment to customer care.

A Must-Try Spot!
I recently visited This GDK, The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor especially the kebab The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly. You can really feel the passion behind everything. I?m so proud and can?t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Very poor service left a tag on my garment and the door buzz and an embarrassment. The humiliation og being searched. Staff should be trained to remove all tags. Won't be coming here again.

Very nice staff, a lady heard me speaking to my sister and showed me a few products to help me with my search, you can tell she was interested to help me unfortunately i didn?t get her name working in the adidas area, also the staff at the till 10/10, even though i was returning items they still helped and did above and beyond, amazing customer service, thank you :)))

Been trying to call the store all day today and got no answer what so ever!! Missing sales of over £300 for our local store!! When ringing out it then cuts out with no answer!!

The supervisor Abdul, the lovely lady Suriaday as well as 2 or 3 other staff members who helped me were absolutely fabulous. They reassured me about my wait and all communicated exceptionally with each other.
They were so polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. They put me in such a great mood that I bought a second pair of trainers that I was uming and aarring about.
They all gave me a smiley fairwell and I left with a massive smile on my face.
Customer service like that isn't so common, it made my shopping experience fabulous.

I went into JD to sort out my refund. The lady at the till Hafsa was absolutely amazing very helpful but she was serving a lady which later on I found out that she was the store manager. She was so rude and absolutely had no manners whatsoever for her own staff. She spoke to her staff in such a rude way that I felt ashamed being around her. She can clearly can see that I as a customer was standing right in front of her, but she was too worried about getting her transactions done. She told her staff Sahil that Hafsa is putting through my things first she will do it later. I find that ignorant and disrespectful. The worst manager that has no respect for her staff or the customers. She needs to learn some manners and have some respect for her staff.
