I went on 09/01/2025, first time in the fairly newely opened branch in Uxbridge, tried the hot chocolate, nothing special hardly tastes chocalate and very much overpriced. The other coffee shops am not naming make tastier and much cheaper or even better the brand name I buy from supermarket are much better taste wise. Very dissappointing, don't think will go back any time soon.

The Food of the Gods ice-cream is exceptional. Jersey milk infused with cocoa nibs. Great if served by the friendlier staff. Some (2 Indian ladies) are miserable moody and moan that they?re not allowed to sit down. Rolling their eyes to customers.
The hot chocolate becomes a dripping mess if the whipped chocolate is served on top.

I have visited this store several times the past few months and on multiple occasions I have had to listen to rudeness and blatant open swearing from the new member of staff calling himself manager, even though I highly doubt this is the case due to the given attitude. I will not be returning while he is present in the store.

Yesterday, we went to the Hotel Chocolat,and oh my God, they have the best chocolates there!
A very friendly guy served us; he was wearing cherry earrings.?
And I was the one who was wearing the cherry dress.

Chocolate is delicious and ice cream too...they have different types of chocolate...cold drinks are available in different types with chocolate...
Hotel Chocolate is one of the most delicious chocolates in London and the prices are reasonable

The cocoa whip on the drinks is my favourite thing! I love the shakes and my friend said the ice cream was "the best ice cream". Keville was super helpful too!

The hot chocolate was amazing!! Definitely trying it again! The cafe area is at the back of the shop - so not necessarily an amazing vibe - but I was t there for the vibe; it was the chocolate!
